- Hello, my luxurious friends!
My birthday was almost 2 weeks ago and I spent so much time thinking about which bag I wanted to get for myself this year. I finally decided on the Louis Vuitton Capucines Mini. I have the LV Capucines in the BB size, so I figured I'd do a comparison with the two while I still have the BB.

The mini is so cute, be careful sending to rebag insure the postage yourself as the t&c have changed and they don’t cover your bag if it’s lost ! ❤

I feel the same way about the crossbody strap. I use a strap from one of my Prada bags which fits better. The part where you said " I have a spread sheet for my bags" has me on the floor 🤣🤣I love the idea!
I made a Spreadsheet a few years ago when I had so many bags on my wishlist. I’m not tracking # of wears, but mostly for assessing what sizes, styles, and colors I have in my collection. It really helps me keep an overview and think about what I “need” when adding another bag.
The mini is better IMO : looks way cuter and the capucine shape works better as an evening bag ❤

Honestly, I would probably keep the BB size for occasions where a bigger bag was needed in a neutral color. I saw a green mini that I want to purchase, but the price is killing me. I want it for my birthday.
Totally agree. The BB mass more sense to me but that’s my opinion.
Love the Capucines Mini! While the Lady Dior Mini is a true Classic thanks to Lady Di, I think the Capucines is more adaptable. I actually like the thick strap- helps dress the bag down. The only thing that stops me from getting this bag is that my iPhone X/13 isn’t really easily accessible. Do you have one of these phones? Maybe I need to go try this bag again 😂
Yess, I have the big iPhone and it fits! But I might have to get the regular size one next cause I’m tired of having to put my phone in bags at an angle 😂😂

so when I got my Capucines my SA told me the reason they do those thicker straps is because they want to make the mini more casual/sporty than the other versions of the bag :)
What do you think about the Fendi Peekaboo?
I love the peekaboo and the prices on the preloved market are so good! I’ve never had one but I have considered buying one multiple times!

If you go into LV with your BB size bag without the strap and tell them you want to order a replacement strap they will sell you one that way you will have an extra authentic skinny strap for your mini.

Hun just use the straps on the opposite bag. Big with big and little with little.
This is a great suggestion! Though she may be selling the BB size. I think she should keep both if she loves the style.
