Cheers and Happy landings! :) - Наука та технологія
The +2 -2 to find the reciprocal is FANTASTIC! Glad I watched to the end to catch that, thank-you Sir 👍
+Kevin Bagg My pleasure :)
Very helpful, thank you! Your accent is so uncommon in flight training, the “novelty” made me concentrate more easily 😊
Glad it was helpful!
You are just amazıng man, was struggling a lot with it training, u just saved me, great job
You're welcome
Loved your explanation. Thanks!! :)
Special Thank’s for calculating back course (+- 180*)
Thanks a ton, buddy. Really appreciate the effort. Explanation made easy..

wowowowoww man , great vedio
Thanks! You're welcome! :)
wow the +2-2 is awesome
Thanks!
buddy i recognize Ur attempt ,but always remember half knowledge is always danger .
There are type of procedure turn ( 80/260 and 45/180 ) hence both are procedure turn ,base turn is something diff to ,it might be look similar but its not .
80/260 procedure turn is done for quick course reversal .Such turn only get practice when there is nil wind or less than 5 knots .
The only advantage of the 80°/260 over the 45°/180° is time: it gets you pointed back to the runway more quickly. But there is a big disadvantage: adjusting for wind, the only correction available to you is bank angle. If the wind is strong enough, you could find yourself blown onto the non-protected side before completing your turn inbound. ICAO says "the 45°/180° procedure turn is an alternative to the 80°/260° procedure turn unless specifically excluded," you would be wise to use the 45°/180° if there is any kind of wind.
for 45/180 - There is time diff cat A,B aircraft 1 min and Cat C,D,E 1min 15 sec
..I'm not here to let u down , so do not delete my comm .just make one more new video with amendments .
+manoj kaiswal Thank you for the full knowledge buddy. You have a valid point, no doubt about it, but practically flying you could be considerate. When doing course reversal, you could always check your position with respect to the needle and cater for the same. All such things come under airmanship. Anyway thanks, my subscribers will benefit from your comment.
+manoj kaiswal I don't delete any comments, we are in an education industry, there is ALWAYS scope for improvement. Thanks again.
Thank you man I was searching for this comment. In Base turn tracks are not reciprocal. 80-260 turn is a procedure turn here 80+18= 260 reciprocal
Thanks
Thank you sir.
Most welcome
Thank you
Welcome
Thank You
You're welcome!
+-2 doesnt work on 110, 100....any ways calculation for these radial is easy so not required
thanks a lot
You're Welcome! :)
👍🏻
hello sir please make some videos about TCAs, and ILS. really appreciate your video. Greetings from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Thank you!
Standard Course Reversal = Left>Right>Right
Non-Standard Course Reversal = Right>Left>Left
Am I correct? Thanks!
how will +-2 works on H 010 ?
It will not work on all the numbers, there is a range only within which you can use the technique.
Hi,
I was using your +-2 method but it didn't work for 101,102,103 and so on, there are exceptions to this rule don't you think?
Generally it works fine though!
Yes there are exceptions as you've found out! 😁
First add 200 and then subtract 20, you will always get correct answer..
The calculation method u used (+- 2) doesn't work on some areas like 115, 105 or 280.
thanks
Yes it doesn't always!
Another alternative is + - 200 and then + - 20
i ❤️ u
😁
80-260 is procedure turn in rk bali regulation
You can call it a type of procedure turn too. Not a problem.
Yes in Base Turn track is not reciprocal.
Base turn is never reciprocal
Correct
Thanks alot
You're welcome!
