Great video! Hopefully the points don't change too much for this property after Marriott's changes at the end of this month and we'll still have a chance to go at a decent rate in the future :(
its just amazing how the generators are producing continues 24hrs electricity to the whole resort. the sea water treatment facility. how much amount of diesel they use per day. its just amazing. its very expensive.
@@DiversifiedDiversionsthank u! Also i am trying to fly a drone by our villa in the future and the policy states that drones a strictly prohibited? Did u just ask them and they gave u permission? Thank you
Thanks! This was an award stay at 120k points for 5 nights (30k/night then 5th night free) . It was an amazing rate that became available shortly after the resort first opened up for bookings last spring. Likely not available anymore, but worth checking every so often!
The seaplane transfer is not included in the room rate, but it is arranged by the hotel. After booking they will contact you to get your arrival information and set everything up! The Le Meridien website also has some info about the transfer.
This was filmed in mid-September 2021! Our friends got there on Sept 8 and were there for a week. The temperature was low of 81 and high of 84 the whole time. It rained twice while they were there, pretty heavy rain, but blew in and out really quickly. So pretty much still perfect! 😎
This stay was booked on points just after the property opened, and was a great deal! The best bet for finding current rates is directly on the property website or at Marriott.com as they are part of the Marriott family.
Fun, you'll have to tell us how you enjoyed it after you go! I would check out this website for the latest information: www.tourism.gov.mv/en/page/updates_on_the_covid_19_situation_in_the_maldives
This is perfect. This is the kind of over water villa ive been looking for. Gonna save money to go there
The food looks amazing. I love it.

Nice video! Do you mind sharing what kind of drone you have for filming? Would love to get one.
Glad you liked it! This was a DJI Mavic Mini.

This was filmed when the resort was brand new and before they had that policy in place. Just got lucky on the timing of the visit.
@@DiversifiedDiversionsgotcha! Beautiful shots either way
Wowww amazing😍
Great video!! What is the week stay deal you mentioned? Where you got that if I may ask?

@@DiversifiedDiversions thank you so much for the info! I can see they still offer but very few. Thanks again!
Is the sea-plane ride included when you book a room in the resort or do you have to book that extra?

Thank you 😊
Do you know how much the sea plane was?
nice job... well done!

What month did you visit and how was the weather like? I heard that Dec - April is the good dry season but saw you posted this vid in Nov!

Did they let you fly your own drone?
At the time, yes. This was filmed when they had just opened but I've heard from people who have been recently that it's not allowed anymore. 😥
coool, i had a good time too, but problem with HR director Uday Nayak
how much it cost to stay in one of these villas per night.

Hi, I just made a reservation for this resort! What are the requirements to travel to Maldives right now? Do I need insurance or Covid test? Tks

Yes, Covid test reports and Health declaration at Imuga portal
I just made a reservation as well for beach bungalow, any advice please ?
Some say going to this island is impossible, but nothing is impossible if you have money
😊
It's relatively dated
I thought so too - I was expecting it to be a bit more modern having only recently opened.
@@TanFromAusHave you found any recently opened up property. I am thinking exactly 💯
