Here is the recipe for the Muffins 🤍 let me know if you try them 🥰 Ingredients: 2 grated carrots 4eggs 2cups self raising flour 1 cup oats 2bananas 1tbs flaxseed 1tbs macca powder 1tbsp brewers yeast 3 tbsp honey 1tsp cinnamon 1tsp nutmeg 1tbsp vanilla essence 1/2 cup sugar (brown is best) Method: Throw all in a bowl & mix till combined turn out into lined muffin tray then bake in pre heated oven (180c) for 10-15min or until risen and a skewer comes out clean. Drizzle with white icing and cinnamon to finish, these muffins are awesome for a healthy snack or a quick breakfast they’re packed full of nutrition and good energy ✨ enjoy!

Ive just sat down to a cuppa after i myself got all my house work done.. oh Jessica u have got me until the pink stuff spray floor cleaner its really good.. i went to home bargains yesterday wiith the hubby came out with a full bag of cleaning stuff had laugh he said to me thankgod there ist a home bargains near us cause u wouldn't be out of it 😊😅
