Poor shimo. She’s just a misunderstood creature. Being forced to be a huge weapon. Who knows how many kaiju she had to execute during her imprisonment. I’m glad she got freed along with the other apes.
Don’t forget that Kong finally becomes King Kong and he isn’t lonely anymore

I liked how they gave Shimo a “charge up” sound similar to Godzillas. Gives a good bit of continuity between the titans that can fire some form of energy from their mouths

I think i know how her internal freezing system works:
Her back crystals light up when she is about to freeze things, right? And they also can store huge amounts of energy in each one of them as shown when Suko destroyed one of them, so i believe they light up to suck up in them all the heat and energy she has in her body to leave only the freezing air and water inside her "firing tube", and the beam probably glows with energy because it needs energy to be shot on distant objects like vomit cannot do alone, it's more accurate (because it behaves more like a beam and less like a liquid if it has energy) and also more visible by Shimo if it has some energy around it to not bounce on surfaces, or to give the beam light speed traveling in the air, or to not fall over long distances like the freezing liquid and gas alone would do...
I don't know guys just my theories but judging by the ice shards and falling snow around the beam or where it impacts, it clearly carries water or some other liquid and also a gas (maybe just air) to shoot the beam better than just a liquid that would bounce on surfaces if shot that fast alone and maybe the beam glows also because when it impacts something, the beam itself carries energy away from the target to freeze it faster or somethin', i don't know but yeah her scales are like soap bubbles

alright, can we talk about how insanely strong Shimo is?!? like, my girlie literally hurled both Godzilla AND Kong consecutively at 3:08, while being under Skar King's control which is canonically very painful for her. forget about Kong for now; Godzilla alone was able to take on the previous Alpha, Ghidorah, and the heaviest Titan, Mechagodzilla, with his bare hands; which just proves how insanely strong he is - but him getting tossed, no, _yeeted_ away by Shimo speaks volumes about her strength. she's my third favourite Titan fr.

It's CGI and god some people are so demanding
they should have avoided the whole "bone chain" assets. The SFX on those are terrible, the moments are way too rigid
