Just don’t change the volume of individual notes while constructing
Definitely keep them all the same but lower the master volume, that’s fine while working
You still have to mix the song and when you change the volume of individual tracks, you risk weak ear training
I would also use 91 to 92 bpm to create a natural groove
Make it feel natural 🖤🎹🎶🫶🏽

I’ll add that while selecting sounds, to not change the volume while picking sounds; the reason is when you mix and mastery your track, if done without doing the proper technical work, you’ll risk losing the tones and sounds you used while listening during playback
So the reason is because you still have to mix and adjust the sounds, use any other tools to properly create the song
You also must train your ears to hear the sounds while at the natural volume
Use the EQ to push sounds backwards and to pull them forward from the middle and you have to know how to do that
Adjust the volume after compression and further adjustments
Then mix the song and then master it yourself
Never change volume of individual sounds
You may change the volume of all the sounds using your DAWs master volume but not the individual ones because you need to know what they sound like
