Kautuk is right about the sweet fried buns... In coastal Karnataka we call it simply "buns", made with mashed bananas, flour, sugar and spiced with a touch of ground cumin which can be eaten by dipping in both kurma(bhaji) and chatni. My favourite and would recommend everyone to try atleast once.😋

Doner kebabs and kapsalon is the best junk food options available here in Netherlands! It's a dish invented by Turkish immigrant, it's french fries, shawarma/ falafel, some lettuce, garlic sauce and sambal sauce and topped with cheese. And then this whole thing is put in the oven for the top layer cheese to melt 😍
Bonus points to Bawa for mentioning Khoto! #KonkaniRepresent! Also, that sweet bun/bread in sambar that Kautuk was talking about is called Buns or Mangalore Buns.. I prefer it without the sambar though 😅
