What is my perfect crime? I break into Tiffany's at midnight. Do I go for the vault? No, I go for the chandelier. It's priceless. As I'm taking it down, a woman catches me. She tells me to stop. It's her father's business. She's Tiffany. I say no. We make love all night. In the morning, the cops come and I escape in one of their uniforms. I tell her to meet me in Mexico, but I go to Canada. I don't trust her. Besides, I like the cold. Thirty years later, I get a postcard. I have a son and he's the chief of police. This is where the story gets interesting. I tell Tiffany to meet me in Paris by the Trocadero. She's been waiting for me all these years. She's never taken another lover. I don't care. I don't show up. I go to Berlin. That's where I stashed the chandelier.
Varun's presence alone in any video, even if it's in other comedians' videos, brings a smile to my face. You just know well in advance that he IS going to make you laugh.
Interesting fact related to the DB Cooper heist - The initial 737 aircrafts had retractable stairs at the rear below the fuselage that could be opened mid flight because of how it was designed. After this incident, Boeing came up with a simple spring mechanism that locks the door from outside due to the air flow when the aircraft is moving so it can't be opened from the inside.
After a tiring, low, disappointing and slow day.... here come my TISS boys who never fail to bring a smile to my face! Thanks guys 😊❤️ Such wholesome content ya!!! Love you’ll ❤️
Watching Aadar disconnect these many times, which was obviously not his fault, is a calling that we need to move back to the couch episodes. Watching the boys react to facts in person, beside each other and not behind screens was beyond gold. Miss those too much :'D
I have two things to point out here, 1) they didn't speak about happy new year. 2) not even single mention of Salman Khan or bhai. Are the boys all right?
I think the team you are assembling for looting SBI will also require average (normal) person . Who will have normal view on everything and everywhere. Because heists people tend to miss out things that can be pinpointed out by our normal guy
At first I thought Varun was eating a Chocobar and I got so sad because I can't have it (because I'm not in India). Then he said imli/hajmola ice cream and I didn't feel so sad anymore 🤣😷 Also I don't comment often but I watch every single TISS episode and I've literally got through so many boring lonely pandemic days laughing with this podcast. Lots of love to you guys, y'all are the best screen-friends ❤️
When Cooper sacrificed himself to ensure Plan B, he is caught in the black hole's gravitational pull but, instead of dying, ejects from his ship -- landing inside The Tesseract (aka the wormhole's gravitational singularity). xP
The story of Monalisa heist is nicely written in a Bengali book by Narayan Sanyal. The carpenter was contacted by a rich man for the same and was instigated to steal it as derive to his nation, Italy from where Napoleon allegedly stole the painting. The painting wasn't supposed to be sold but rather given back to govt for some international negotiations.
Actual name Dan copper, he genuinely pulled off one of the greatest heists ever. It started off when the aft ventral air-stairs (stair case attached to the back of the plane) was introduced to the Boeing 727 to help load passengers quicker and at airports where stairs were difficult to get by. Because there was no locking mechanism for the stairs, it drew the attention of military n CIA as they were looking to drop agents and supplies during clandestine operations because passenger airliners were able to fly over countries where military planes couldn't fly. The CIA tested this in Thailand in the 60s by using their 'cover' airliner to try this and then they discovered that they could do this safely under certain conditions (speed, flap settings, etc) Somehow Dan Cooper knew this and he even knew that you could take off with the stairs open which was done only in secretive testing of the plane. When he handed over the ransom note to the flight attendant, it read the $200k and ALSO 4 parachutes in particular because he knew that asking for only one could've been tampered with and he made it seem like he had hostages to decrease the likelihood of that happening. Actually, he told the pilot to go to Mexico City but due to the specific settings for jumping off, the pilots said they couldn't make it to Mexico City due to the inefficiency of that flight and they already had 3-4 airports planned as 'refueling' points so it just adds to the kidhar bhi kud gaya question kyuki planned route pe bhi nahi kooda One more thing, according to the pilots when he jumped out, it was pitch black and a heavy rainstorm going on. The 2 fighter jets following from Dan's blind spots couldn't see him jump out due to these conditions The year following this event, as many as 15 similar attempts were made and most of them were caught immediately after their jump Boeing even named their locking mechanism for the staircase as the "Cooper vein" after this event

I laughed so hard the last five minutes. Loved this episode, huge fan of these real life heists and recommend watching Leverage, it's an old tv show but the details are fun to watch.
At 57 min Varun says and he will show you that Dracula ka prosthetics. I thought they Segway into shaitaan haveli and make it more funny 😄 clearly missed it
Great episode... Had it been more about actual Heists rather than Heist movies, which it was 90% about. I admire the valiant efforts to bring it off the heist movie track to actual Heists, but that's understandable because our knowledge of Heists is 90% based on movies rather than actual events. Funnily enough... These movies lift from real life Heists. Which means filmmakers are the OG heistmasters 😎
I've said it multiple times, I'll say it again, Kautuk's one-liners are next level. Sad less people identify with such intelligent humor
