Make homemade pizza with me (COOKING EXE)

pizza dough recipe:
Ingredients
2 ½ cups (315g) all-purpose flour (or bread flour for a chewier crust)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast
¾ cup (180ml) warm water (110°F or 45°C)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Activate the Yeast:
In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. Mix the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a rough dough forms.
3. Knead the Dough:
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour; if too dry, add a tiny bit of water.
4. Let It Rise:
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
5. Shape & Bake:
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
Punch down the dough and roll it out to your desired thickness.
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
For the Chicken Topping:
1 cup cooked chicken (grilled, shredded, or diced)
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Other Toppings:
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup bell peppers (sliced)
½ cup onions (sliced)
¼ cup black olives (optional)
¼ cup mushrooms (optional)

2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil (or fresh basil, chopped)
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp sugar (optional, balances acidity)
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red chili flakes (optional, for spice)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
3. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, sugar, black pepper, and chili flakes.
5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
6. Let it cool before spreading on your pizza dough.
