For the knee backbend l could only do the beginner version but after watching this video and Anna's other back flexibility videos l could now to intermediate.
Im focusing on the triple fold /advanced. This shows that Anna's videos are a great help and the easy moves are not useless.
I have not been stretching for 2 weeks and this has motivated to start stretching every morning again thanks anna!

Of course you don't just be consistent and it will come very slowly! Some people get splits and backbends in maybe 2 weeks but it took me 2 months to get mine! Keep stretching@@thecuterimacoco4492

I really appreciate this because I'm 37 years old and been struggling with pain & disability due to spinal injuries all my adult life. I've gone a long way to getting better with calisthenics (still a long way to go), but my spine needs to learn how to _move_ again. I'm actually going to study this and try to improve so I don't hurt so much.
Anna, even though you're a kid, your instruction is way better made than most UA-camrs. This could help a lot of people with way more than just bending for the fun of it. Thanks for helping me improve my life.

Yay.I loved the back summer stretch routine. Can't wait to start with this tomorrow.
Edit: 6 days in and I can already see an improvement not in my tricks but how easy now it is to do the tricks. Previously also it was easy but this routine made it more easier.
Day 1 Done , Loved the stretch lots of new stretches and especially taking breaks between back bends made it easier
Day 2 Done, also found lifting your leg easier
Day 3 Done
Day 4 Done , but felt blood rushing to my head today unusual of me ...
Day 5 I managed to complete doing this , and also started doing Day 1 of leg and back flexibility stretch plan
Day 6 Today I decided to do a little change by doing Anna's 2 m live full body stretch
Day 7 I had a lot of time for stretching today so I did 30 minute full body flexibility stretch
day 8 Rest
Day 9 Done at 8pm
day 10 Today I had school plus P.E so I did Annas night stretch
Day 11 Finished
Day 12 No time for stretching today
Day 13 Had not time as well
Day 14 done
Day 15 No time
Day 16 did the yoga routine
Day 17 did annas full body stretch
Day 18 Done
Day 19 Completed, and cant wait to try a new stretch routine!
Feedback for this stretch would probably do some more back stretches but like a part saying extra ones if you have time because this routine didnt fully stretch out my back
I need to do this next time she releases a new stretch routine. Keep pushing yourself, but not too much 😉

My back flexibility I would say is about intermediate. I’m working on my cheststand and I would say I got it I’m just scared to put my feet on the ground I immediately pull them back cause I think I will get stuck in that position. Thank you so much Anna. My back flexibility improved so much💖
Thanks Anna!! Im not naturally flexible, and I do ballet, so that didnt go great for me. Lockdown2020, i tried so many different apps, vidoes and channels but nothing would work. I had been watching ypur videos for about 6 months at this point, and i couldnt stop watching them. You were my only hope, and sure enough, after about a week, i got my splits. I've always wanted lots of this but just can't do it. I'm worried that I can't follow my dreams and to everyone's remark on myself I'm Fat? And Concentrating on these things are hard for me. I don't even have my splits yet! But I don't want these "THINGS" To pull me down. Most of my friends are more comfortable around others but I'm shy and a bit Embarrassed sometimes. To me everything about me is a mess! I started doing more exercise to help but nothing works! I need advise to everyone who also Feels this but doesn't want to give up. I’ve always dreamed about a flexible back! But I’ve wore a back brace in 10 years so it was hard to just bend down to pick up a pencil or tie my shoes, but I got a night brace and not long after I started with doing stretches in the summer of 2021, (ur challenge). Straight after u posted this video I started doing the stretches but today I got called in for my scoliosis spinal surgery, and I’m having it tmr morning. So no flexible back on me :( but I really really appreciate that you help others with aiming their dreams. Sadly this didn’t work out for me, but when I get back on track I’m gonna keep doing some stretches from ur channel. :) You’re probably not gonna see this, but thank you so much I’ve gotten further because of you and I’ll always know that I tried and that’s because of you, my dream pose to do was a chest stand but life is unfair. But I can try get flexible other places! Ily so much!
