- USS United States, it doesn't get more Murican than this I gotta say.
It has 5 sets of planes, from which 3 are kinda special single use.
Special torp and dive bombers are some super fast prop planes but rockets are actual jet planes and super easy to use with 96% fire chance - no joke.
I didn't break any damage records so far, but I usually end up "wasting" few attacks on DDs, just can't help myself, but the speed of these planes is ridiculous.
The only bad aspect of it is that it has literally no armor anywhere so it's 1 CV you can actually kill, and its concealment is horrible.

Dasha Super cv is incoming its gonna be well balanced comrade only found in loot boxes but you can purchase it thru vodka bundle too, art department make it fancy and everyone will love it spreadsheet approve.
Yes, its weakness will be vulnerable citadel 10m below sea level. Also airstrip is at sealevel.
Of course Our Dasha is well balanced.

It's mind boggling really, when before the CV rework, the planes actually approached from the rear of the CV before dissapearing into the deck. I mean, they've made it worst somehow.
I hope WarGaming adds Japanese super carriers into the game because I feel their special squadrons are the MXY-7 Ohka kamikaze planes.

I expect the American Super Battleship to be a 12 barrel Ohio with CIWS and automatic AA rockets.
But that AA will come with 8 flak and 300dps which is not enough to stop 2 strikes. Because it has to be.

Tier 11 ships are just an excuse for WG to release the Battlecruiser Kirov in the future.

I frankly expect a italian 20 barrels - from 1936 - on a battleship or cruiser, since WG seems so eager to just put more guns on those things instead of updating their tech.
Saw a video by another YT who did some digging into the Fighters consumable for the United States. Apparently, if you spec the United States for Air Superiority and you drop a fighter squadron right on top of a tier 10 strike group, the fighter squadron will shoot down almost all of the strike group. Because the fighters have a 3 second "descend from heaven" time and an effective radius of 4.8km when specced for it. The Tier 10 group isn't fast enough to get away before the fighters show up. Combine that with a 5 second reload on the consumable and 25 second loiter time and you can bully the enemy tier 10 carrier. If you're interested in watching this in action look up "Super Carriers Emotional Damage"

to be honest, i still find the dmg of a nahkimov to be much more frustrating... dropping skip bombs with at least 1 fire and a ton of dmg on every ship with no cooldown... The spotting of these jets will be the worst thing tho... Spotting the whole map in a heartbeat
Facing these Russian CVs is super toxic and it gets worse the closer you get to them, because the planes always come back in full squadron and they hurt too much. Torps hit hard, bombs hit hard rockets hit hard. The other day I watched a Montana lose 26K of his HP by Nakhimov rockets.. and it was just 90 seconds into the match. Comparatively I'm happiesr to face FDR tbh and happiest to face no CV.
They get a very large initial cooldown period so it's not really that bad
Yeah. Eagle at least feels like an improvement and a proper T10 CV, while United States is pretty much a downgrade from Midway. I'd much rather face United states than any T10/super CV besides Audacious.

To generate new cashflow devs bring in new vehicles. In accordance with the inofficial motto of capitalism "faster, higher, further" these need to be more of everything. Bigger guns, more gimmicks, you name it. Do this for a couple of years and you end with silly stuff like this.

Flambass, By the end of the war the U.S. Navy was dropping torps from 2500-3000 feet to give the pilots a much better chance to successfully drop and return.
Used the Torpedos 3 Times, and i hit all 3 Runs all Torpedos, has 4 Torpedo Ribbons, AH YES
I'm gonna play super CVs just because you can build them into fighters and litteraly grief the other CV.
I've seen some interesting builds where u build into the fighters on these new CVs and u can almost completely lock out the enemy CV.

The b-25 Mitchell was the biggest plane to take off in ww2 on a Aircraft carrier that dropped bombs
The thing is that United States is a real ship with a very funny story.
The issue was that at the time the US had a new defence secrary who was a Conveir lawer(at the time it was not considered a conflict of interest). Also a the time US Air force was detached from the army into its own branch. This ment it had to compete for funds with the other branches , they could no longer milk the army for money. Also the Congress reduced the armed forces total budget so 1 of 2 projects had to go. They had to choose between US Navy's United States Supper CV or US Air force Conveir B-36 Peacemaker strategic bomber. Gues which project the Conveir defence secratery chose ... United States begun construction and was cansaled the very next day. They had the offical Ceremony for the construction ,they layed down the keel and the ship was canseled the next day...
To add they also proved that before the construction of the united states that the airforce could refuel in the air and circumnavigate across the globe. Then the navy would have jets that could carry nuclear weapons from a carrier. F-105 thunderchief were the first to destined for that.
Played them both US is definitely the better CV but can get sniped by Eagles carpet bombers and carpet rockets in the first 8 minutes very easily and can't do anything in return due to Eagles armored deck.
also I recommend going full fighter build in these things, they use Jets as fighters so they arive instantly even with the 50% increased arrival time and will latch on literally instantly.

Super CV’s: Wargaming’s wet dream and the entire player-base’s nightmare.
I play a lot of tier 5 6 ships that are mostly ww1 era, its difficult when up tiered against more modern ship of the 1930's to 1940's and above. I think the game needs splitting to WW1 WW2 and post era levels to make it more fairer?
The game needs a lot of thing. Devs that can read, devs that can open a dictionary and read the definition of balance. Oh double uptiers are fucking stupid

I think the cooldown mechanic should be the standard across all CVs
Imagine they add Shinano as Super Carrier and their aircrafts are not Jet that design as Kamikaze, basically it will be the second bomb and garantee 100% chance to set on fire while at the same time takes 5s longer to take the fire out. And ofcorse due to it is Shinano it will have Yamato’s armor with its citadel while also have the most HP among of all CVs AkA 2K lower than Yamato

Me-262s are terrible for carrier-based aircraft. The landing gear just isn't designed to land on the flight deck.

So the bomber planes were going 90+ knots on attack runs but the halland was keeping out of range for most of it… I think the speed reading is inaccurate unless they introduced a new NOS boost to ships?
Planes wasn't going in parallel with the horizon.
@@Dyx_DeTcTBa they were still supposedly going 90 knots, compared to a ship that tops out at under half of that (40ish knots) that would suggest that WG sees aerial speeds as being twice as quick even when they’re using the same measurement of speed.
I'm just waiting for missile cruisers at this point :P

Royal Navy should get Buccaneers with Red Beard nukes. Drop in enemy spawn before they can disperse for insta-Kraken or destroy entire team in single hit for new Bananas award. Buccs fly too low to be hit by AA but can be rammed by submarines. Totally realistic and balanced.

These can dodge most flak just with speed. Fdr planes eat halland or petro flack and lose 5 full health planes. I dodge same as everyone else but one flak and boom

Even though I reached Level X about 3.5 years ago, due to the CV's (and all the fake Russian garbage), I don't play at Level X.
p.s. Now if the surface vessels were to get SSM's, then I might change my mind.

Whoever coined that term, "free to play", was either a fool or a cynical a-hole becasue "free to play" games are the most expensive games on the market. I just play Legends and even there I'm confident it would cost hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars to unlock all the non-tech tree ships, commanders, and content - to experience the full game. A good quarter of the ships are locked behind paywalls. "Premium ships", they say. Some of them, like Hood, which is a historically significant ship they know everyone wants to play, costs like 40 bucks on her own. smh...

Thank god we don't have subs at all or carriers beyond the likes of Lexington in Legends although we still have to put up with wall of "skill" torpedo spammers and, even worse, op HE spamming cruisers which are mostly a high teir problem but I don't know why anyone plays high tier anymore. It's the often worst/most boring experience with the least reward.

Anyone who genuinely thinks playing CV is hard will become first blood with 23% win rate if he plays other class of ships. It can be a good or bad thing depending how you see it. It's a good thing that he can stay alive throughout the match and deal damage even if he's complete potato. But his win rate and damage is going to be at least double than what he deserves with that kind of skill, which is totally unfair for other players who must play well and learn a lot of things to get the same achievement.
At least in Legends, CVs are stupid easy to play but a little more difficult to play well. Most noobs in CVs go for nothing but damage when their role, especially in the early match, is supposed to be almost 100% support, spotting and flushing out destroyers or island campers. I've heard things are different on PC where CVs can rack up ridiculous damage with little to no risk to their ship which is pretty bs. I think that was the same reason everyone hated subs. WG seems really slow to learn from their mistakes sometimes.
03:29 For comparison a P-51 Mustang goes 437 mph, a P-47 Thunderbolt goes 553 mph. I am surprise the jets are slower. I thought the Grumman F9F Panther maximum speed was 503 kts (579 mph, 932 km/h). Why does WG have it so slow?

Because the scale of this game is not 1:1, you can already tell boats get to places much faster than they should in this game. 40km traveled in 20 minutes for a 20+ kts bb?
So you can already tell how busted 400kts would be for planes.

That WG does not really care about balance is a well known fact by now.
After they announced the Super Cvs and other OP ships, I'm done with this game for now. Been playing since 2017 and I make this hard decision to quit Wows.

Don't even have the common sense to add a REAL supercarrier, which actually existed (and still does). The super carriers look so out of place in WoWS, art department finally made a mistake!
