You're not the youngest travel channel but your contents have stole my heart. I stumbled to this channel and watched all the Taiwan videos the past 2 days. I'm glad both Heather and Bill are funny and produce quality videos. Can't wait to visit Taiwan in the near future.
Same here! I've been watching all your Taiwan videos the past few days, and can't get enough of this. I really like the way you show the view! Looks very professional just like a traveling TV show.
Nice hiking video, it's so windy and difficult trip, but you made it! Normally hikers in Taiwan will greeting to each other "Good Morning, Good Day" and they'll say one word " 5 minutes you'll arrive the destination " and that is not true at all haha :)

The real beauty of Taiwan is deep in the mountains. Thanks God arranged more than 250 mountains over 3,000 meters high on this magical island........welcome to Taiwan!
You two are really awesome! There are hundreds of beautiful mountains in Taiwan waiting for you to conquer!Wish this is a wonderful and unforgettable memory in your worldwide travel!
Thank you for showing us the beauty of Taiwan! Thanks for the efforts and courage you took to finish this tough hike especially the strong wind really made it more challenging. ❤❤
I've only been there once, and I went alone so I ended up not going through the teapot part as I was reluctant to do it alone. Maybe I can persuade a friend to go with me to do together at some point because the views there are mega, and famously well known throughout Taiwan as being some of the best here.
That route at the end has been under renovation for the past few years but it looks like it's open now!! Love your guys' more nuanced / in-depth adventures in TW
Taking that ridge on such a windy day could have been bad for your health. Glad you made it. Just a few months ago, on a scorchingly hot day, a middle-aged man did not bring enough water on that trail and lost his life as a result. I enjoy very much the films you made while in Taiwan. And your good sense of humor, too, which makes your work stand out. Many thanks for sharing.
I guess you chose a day that is not suitable for mountain climbing ~ a day when a typhoon is approaching😅 In the end, your husband and wife completed the entire journey safely, which is what I am most happy for you all.😘👏
Rock couple! I have been there, not easy truly, but it's not the hardest! The people came through from another side when you took break up on the top is Stegosaurus Ridge. It's the hardest I ever climbed. It would be a great another level challenge for you, young hikers! You are great!🎉
That's the gold and copper mine. The three way trial where you film the map, if you go into the valley, that is the location where Martin Scorsese filmed his movie "Slience".
I searched on Google maps there are quite a few hiking trails around Teapot Mountain. I hope you guys did more just Teapot Mountain and Banpingshan. I think I can easily spend at least a couple weeks there.
Unfortunately we only had the one full day set aside for hiking. 😞 We'd love to return and send more time there because it was simply incredible. Highly recommended.
You were basically on the second-highest mountain range in Taiwan, the Xueshan Mountain Range (Snowy Mountain Range). Its peak is much further south in Miaoli County, Mt Sylvia, 3886 meters in height.
At 14:17, it feels like triumph, haha, nah, the round metal cap with a cross, it says The hole without a cap, I am guessing, is previous point before land shift due to earthquakes or re-measurement with better equipment.

Thank you so much for this comment. It truly means a lot to us! ❤️ (and we hope you'll enjoy Taiwan as much as we did)

😂 😂 😂 I love that!
I am truly impressed by your athleticism.
I think we even surprised ourselves! Now we want to hike all the time. I think it changed us. 😊
That's really incredible you guys has done such a difficult climbing which makes one trembling even by watching.
Thumbs up !
You are probably the 1st foreign tourist to successfully climb TEAPOT MOUNTAIN. Well done!
Thank you!! So hard. So worth it! 😊😊

This was such a epic and such a unique presentation guys! Masterpiece!!!
Thank you so much! 😊😊
Several foreigner UA-camrs who are living in Taiwan also said teapot mountain is one of their favorite places.
🙏😊
The real beauty of Taiwan is deep in the mountains. Thanks God arranged more than 250 mountains over 3,000 meters high on this magical island........welcome to Taiwan!
Wow! Respect for you two! Teapot Mountain is not an easy one to conquer. Congrats!
Thank you!!
You guys are amazing and brave to go through this hiking.
Thank you!! 😊
TBH the quality of your videos is better than most TV travel programs in my opinion! Well done
Wow, thank you so much for the kind words! 😊
Beautiful place to hike
By far, the prettiest hike we've done. 😊

Your courage makes me feel very admired! I really like this video so much!
Thank you! 😊😊
I had been to this trial. the scenery is so great! love Mt. Keelung so so much
14:20 is the base point for measuring distance
@14:11 you can see the caoshan radar station in the background!!
Oh, I see it! Cool!!
This episode made my day. Love the cutaway to Heather running away from hypothetical killer bees and snakes.
Haha, thank you! We had a lot of fun filming that part. 😂
When we walk along the trails, we tend to greet people by saying good days, or just simply Jia Yu 加油!Keep going and stay safe!
Holy smokes, that's some rough hiking. 😮
It was ambitious! 😂
Nothing ventured nothing gained. Another item on the to do list done, and collected the trophy. Good for you 🎉!
Amazing adventure.
I enjoyed the video.
I hope to see another good video next time.
Have a nice day.

Finding a friend to go with is definitely recommended. The views were unbelievable!
Hurrays for you, congrats 😊
Thanks for your effort and the valuable video for taking our eyes to see the beautiful view there.
Amazing hike and beautiful sceneries!
God bless you!
You two are absolutely amazing! Taiwan really know how to protect its beauty.
Great job you done, 👍😊

good job for climbing the difficulty parts.
Thanks! 😊🙈

what a wonderful view
Mountains, ore, rail, gold mine......Jinguashi!
wow it is so difficult for us. You are so brave and awesome!

You are so great
You made it 🎉
Great video and lovely couple -- and gee, how adventurous you two!
(Edit) You guys are simply crazy!
😆💪
Two years ago, I did the same thing and walked the same path.
That's the gold and copper mine. The three way trial where you film the map, if you go into the valley, that is the location where Martin Scorsese filmed his movie "Slience".

You both are in great shape!!

Hahaha, so no triumph?! 😂😂. That's OK, it still felt like it! 😁 😉
what a wonderland
You guys are awesome! Teapot Mountain is gorgeous.
Great hiking. 😊
Amazing tour!
suggest to shift back bags to the front chest while getting thru caves much easily and safely. bravo!!
Brilliant!! Super helpful - thank you!
You guys are amazing! I think two of you have good chance to win if you do CBS’s The Amazing Race!
Hahaha, oh my gosh, that show would be an amazing experience!
🙆♂Great Jobs.💪💪💪🙋🏻♂😆✌
Tip my hat to you. Amazing
You got it,so good👍👍👍
Wow what a hike!!!
Thanks! ❤️
Wonderful🎉
The crazy part about this trail is that it is a "weekend sub urban one day relax trail" for people in Taipei
Ok!
😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂
Have you tried to log in to Baiyue? It's in Hehuan Mountain in Nantou.
The intentional rock array on the mountain is the ruins of an old shrine from the Japanese Era.
Like to see you have fun in Taiwan
What a amazing view~but look so dangerous😆
With all the ropes, it’s not terribly hard. Imagine original hikers without ropes. The view is incredible.
You are so good!加油
21:48 those tiny houses are graves
Oh geez, really? 😞 I'm glad we didn't walk on or in them.
