That Continental was worth the whole video. Thanks!
That '56 Mark II is a _supremely_ cool car.
5:46 My next door neighbor had a '62 Dart 440 with a V 8. My Dad and I went for a ride with him and he shows how much "pep" the car had in comparison to to the smoged cars of the mid 70 's. I remember being thrown back in my seat and losing sight of the road and seeing the sky. I remember my Dad saying "yup it's got pep "
Great episode.
That Continental. Just the best.
1940, the original was nice too.
I dont get tire of looking at your videos, they are unique, the way you conducts then, have to love it,thank you so much.
No one's going to talk about how that convertible Mustang just got rained on
So many great cars but that pick up and Pontiac where my favorites
Wish I had seen this 5 years ago !
Hope you're still making your rounds. Beautiful cars ,beautiful town ! Other than better weather, what else can a guy ask for. After all, what's a little rain !
Fair play to you of all the videos about this car you are the only one I found that titled it the right title continental mark 2 instead of putting Lincoln
The Continental is definitely my favorite. Second would be the M100. Great video.
Beautiful!
thanks... looks like a great show..
5:30 Our (well, my dad's) 1957 Chrysler Imperial had that same engine.
That is a great show.
Mark II is a freaking knockout!
That Poor Guy w the green mustang getting his interior drenched w it's top down
GOSTEI MUITO DE PONTIAC MUITO ELEGANTE
Looking at the New Yorker, it had a styling feature that was odd. For '56 Chrysler face lifted the '55 designs. On the New Yorker, Imperial, DeSoto and Dodge, the more expensive models had different cowels surrounding the headlights. It was peaked and painted with a thin chrome strip on the leading edge which made it look much more luxurious. The all chrome design on this car could be a Canadian feature, I'm not sure.
Wagon Spottings (I'll add more if I see them.)
0:29
0:41
5:44 (Split second so use half-speed, it's the black car next to the red one)
6:43 (If it's a Wagon; I'm not sure)
I had a chance to buy a Mark ll back in the ‘70s! The dealer wanted $1000 but it had a badly hit passenger door, and I ( FOOLISHLY!!) passed!
Newport was Chrysler's designation for their hardtop. Like Landau was for Lincoln and Riviera was for Buick, etc.
I live near the original Chatham in the uk
The MARK II is BEAUTIFUL .you need to remove the knob on the steering wheel . That is how Sammy Davis JR. went blind in one eye
lincoln contienental precioso
Green continental awesome
Over the seasons I've seen a few really nice shows in southern Ontario. Being from Ontario I'd like to check out these shows this summer. Got a list or reference to the larger/ cool shows in Ontario?

radioguy1620 that's my dad's truck
looks really great.
Bricklin's were built in New Brunswick.
That poor Mustang was getting it's interior all wet from the rain.
the Chrysler was beautiful but I m not so sure I like a plastic fuel filter near the exhaust system metal one up higher or lower even better would be best IMHO
i wonder how much is the Continental worth like today ?
Most trade hands for $50 - 60,000 today but $100K isn't out of the question for the best examples.
Great cars, but did you get poutine.?
Needs more ads.
Yes as I mentioned you are the obl one that seems to know the proper title
Im i the only one that caught that .....His uncles name was " Shirley "😏
ya - lots of Evelyn's and other dualistic names in the days when gay meant fun and happy.
I'll take that one and that one and th........................................................................
As for the light green CONTINENTAL MARK II the owner should remove the knob on the steering wheel . It is very dangerous That is how SAMMY DAVIS JUNIOR LOST HIS EYE
