  • These are some really cute cake pops that turned out to be so much fun to make, although they can be very time consuming I loved the outcome. (make sure to charge extra for all of your hard work, detailed desserts are more expensive). For these cake pops I used several molds which I didn't not add in the video due to loss of footage but I will add the link to the molds I used down below to ensure that you guys have an idea of how I achieved the look. If you feel like you need more help figuring out how I used the mold please feel free to let me know and I will try to add a video describing how to use them.
Thank you all so much for the love and support I really appreciate it!

I had these at my cousins 3rd birthday and I'm 18 and still enjoyed them. I had asked my aunt where she got the idea and she said this video

Did you have any issues with drawing the eyes with the edible pens you listed in the description? I bought some from Wilton and they wouldn’t draw on my chocolate :(

I have heard that from several people but for me they worked perfectly fine for me, I just make sure to write softly not put too much pressure to avoid the chocolate from scratching and coating the tip of my marker. Hope this little tip works. Edible paints can also work but I try to avoid them because they don't dry as fast as the markers and you run the risk of smudging.

How do you get the chocolate to melt that thin and good consistency?

I melt my chocolate using the double boiler method which allows me to control the temperature the chocolate is melting this way I can make sure it does not burn and get thick and clumpy.I will be posting a video soon on how I melt my chocolate and how to get it runny if you purchase a chocolate the does not give you that consistency. Be on the look out for that. Thank you for the support!!

Are the flowers made of chocolate or fondant?

What brand of chocolate did you use? And did you use a oil with it?

Hi Mercedes, for these cake pops I used Guittard's Vanilla white candy melts. This brand of chocolate melts very smooth and has a perfect consistency to dip any treat you do not need to add any kind of oil or paramount crystals. Hope this info was helpful feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

My cakepops often break or fall apart when I dip them in the chocolate do you know why is tht?

Hi Briseyda, first of all thank you for all of the love and support! I am not sure how you make you cake pop dough, most people tend to add frosting to their cake crumbs and this causes the frosting to soften up when you are working on you cake pops and this causes them to fall off the stick. I personally don't add any frosting to my cake crumbs I just make sure to cover the cake as soon as its out of the oven and and let it cool down completely this allows the cake to keeps its moisture and there would be no need to add any frosting to the mix. I hope this makes sense ☺️ if you have any more questions feel free to ask, I will gladly help! 😃

I add frosting and make cakepops for sale now. If they fall or break a lot, it’s either because your cake pops are too big or too soft (which means you need to add less icing) But it helps to make sure that you’re freezing the cake pops in between each step
