Battery powered events vessel OceanDiva arrives in London 20-05-23

A brand new events vessel called OCEANDIVA has made it's maiden arrival in London - it will be based in the Royal Docks but will operate events at ExCel and along the River Thames.
It is powered by electric motors running off rechargeable battery packs which are topped up using either shore power connections, on-board solar panels or bio-fuel engine.
Completed in 2023 at the VEKA GROUP shipyard in the Netherlands for the SMART GROUP events company.
