as a fencer i would of put a 6x1 gravel board on the bottom otherwise your boards will drop and would of used 4x4 posts also would of kept the rails level half and half on the posts and stagerred the rails so not all the joins are on one post (like brick work), also your gaps are to big aswell should put extra posts in between it also depends what postcrete you use :)
I wondered how you were going to get from the lower level to the higher part of your garden , now I've seen the wings on your back I realise you can fly!

Intresting good built fence however I know in my area and also in Devon and some other parts of the country the fire regulations and also building regulations state any fence can not be higher than 2mt and not have a drop from the top of the fence to floor more than 2 mt. I had a fence with trellis on top next door complained and I got an order to cut it down to 2mt. You also have to remember you only have one fence the people next door own the other side the law says fences on the left side of your home belong to you right side your neighbour. A front fence can only be 1mt. New house builds have a back fence around the gardens however you will see 2 sections with the boards on your side and one section with the boards on next door. Putting fences up and sheds up now id a nightmare with all the new regulations.
When doing a fence are you not meant to put the shit looking part on the inside of your garden so it doesn’t look shite in the neighbours, just remembered hearing it somewhere👍 nice work

i just love going out in the sunshine with no t shirt i'm wearing shorts and boots i see my hairy belly button and my tummy and my hairy armpits i just love put my hands in my pockets in my shorts i put my hands above my head see my tummy and my nipples and my hairy armpits and my belly button i laugh so funny i took off my t shirt in the car i it's so funny i my tounge is soft now
I have just treated a feather edge fence I put up 30 years ago,still going strong!

I've used concrete, I don't like post Crete it doesn't hold well. I'm trying to keep the costs down so as long as it looks decent on my side

Not sure, I didn't buy panels because I wanted to drop the levels gradually

Iirc the 'fair face' is meant to be towards your neighbours garden, if the fence belongs to you. That means you get the side with the posts and rails.
