Sorry for writing a book, but I have a lot of thoughts about all of this, one thing I will touch on is Will Ospreay. On the interview Paul (TripleH) was talking about YOUNGER TALENT IN GENERAL and what they are looking for in the WWE in response to a question asked of him. You have to think, they are doing multiple shows, TV time, training, both in-ring and promo, creative, meetings, wardrobe and travel. That's a lot of time out of the week and can make for long days. THIS is the grind he is talking about, and that's quite fair for him to say what he said. If young and upcoming talent are not willing to put the work and put the time in, why invest money into that talent. To me, this shed light on Will Ospreay .... He took offense from a generalized statement that really had nothing to do with him. Yes he is young, but he has put time in the business, and he has a following, especially overseas which pretty much excludes him from Paul's statement all-together. Ospreay decides to take that personally and throw out a cringe statement that is over 20yrs old on live television. To me that just shows that Ospreay is either a little insecure or just maybe the statement by Paul fits. Either way, it was just another blight on the show in general. I feel EXTREMELY bad for Renee for a couple of reasons, first of all there are rumblings that Renee and Stephanie are friends which puts her in a real awkward spot, and you could see the disappointment on her face. Secondly HER HUSBAND works in the same company and is one of the "top guys". So is he saying that Renee and Jon are in the same spot as Paul and Stephanie?? I bet Tony Khan was so excited when Will Osprey said what he said and showing that video
I don’t think this is the end of the promotion. It just them shooting themselves in the foot… again
This gives credibility to Punk’s claims about the company and alludes to attempts to discredit his character in the past . Their interpretation of this event was in bad faith and headed by the leaders of the company. How many times has this happen in the past. Who else has this happen to? Etc…..
Finger poke of doom, my ass.
This was their 84th week mick Foley spoiler moment.
Hey Ross, you planning to upload the WM VODs on the main YT page?
A hit dog will holler in relation to Ospreay. What's funny is that he'll be in WWE within the next 5 years.
I stopped watching AEW after the Brawl Out. I always called out Tony Khan because he can't even manage his employees and if it was Vince McMahon these backstage beefs won't even exist. Now that I think it's public knowledge that it was TK's idea to show the Brawl in footage, I don't think I'll watch AEW again.
In my opinion, Will Ospreay promo screams out insecurity’s. If you know you work hard, ignore it, move on,
Us the fans can see he puts in work. In the end, it doesn’t even matter, they tried so hard. Yet, they didn’t get so far.
The fact that this is being compared to 'The Finger Poke of Doom' is just surreal!
Ah, well, as the old saying goes, if you don't learn from history, you are bound to repeat it! 🤦🏾♀️😂
Really can’t wait what Jim cornette has to say about this. 😂
The number one thing I have learned from all of this is that if social media had been around during the attitude era, it would have been insufferable. This shit is so cacophonous online I'm about to mute both company names in my content blockers just to be able to watch shit
Nothing to something that end up being nothing…… perfect description.
Cm Punk got the Back to 800k.
Cm Punk still AEWs biggest draw 🔥🔥🔥😊
Nope it is still Sheldon but CM Punk is the second biggest draw while the rest on AEW roster is faaaaaaaar behind those two.
Drink his toilet water more
@@petersonofleo11 tf is Sheldon?
@@symdollak9924 Sheldon Cooper from Big Bang Theory. Dynamite always gets a big lead in thanks to Big Bang Theory once Dynamite starts people change the channel. Dynamite starts with 900k or a million thanks to Sheldon but Dynamite start losing viewers as the show progresses. So yeah Sheldon is easily their number 1 draw.
Man forget this Jack Perry clip, imma need that Brawl Out video. At least that directly tied the Bucks into it. This was a reach to try to minimize that loss AEW took all week due to Wrestlemania week…. And they failed it horribly. Really giving WCW 2000 vibes in AEW right now
14:54 this whole promo made osprey look like an assassin with a helmet on and water pistol machine gun 🔫. HHH wasn't talking about him unless hhh thinks he just started(he doesn't), so it did nothing for will except now people think he is a lazy rookie not a good look for osprey or aew lmao 😂😂😂
I am finding it funny, as AEW and TK were making such a big thing about airing it, only to have it backfire on them.
AEW Is Now Reaping What They Have Sowed.
I was there last night. That video took away from what was a pretty good show. The biggest pops last night was CM Punk Tony shevani and Bob, the head of the ring crew
Forbes had me dying. Mf said cm punk beats jack perry in a backstage brawl in the show review
Bruhh it was all over reddit😂
AEW is now in WCW in 1999 territory, they're close to WCW in the year 2000 territory
Tony literally put a dark cloud over his company and can you imagine how bad everybody that is working there must feel?
CM Punk was right
Dustin lost to Samoa Joe, Cody defeated a Samoan named Joe...
WWE doesn't need to bury AEW, they'll do it themselves.
🗣 *DIAMOND!*
I’ve been saying it’s modern day WWE vs WCW
No tf it’s not 😂. Don’t ever compare AEW to WCW. AEW is NOWHERE CLOSE to WWE or WCW, and never was. AEW was never a significant threat to WWE
Tony Kahn doing his absolute best to be just as petty as Vince.
Jericho is in need of young blood. The clout Vampire strikes again. At this point he should just embrace The clout Vampire gimmick.
Feel like after it's gonna take a miracle for AEW to not pull an impact from like 2014-2022 where they're still there but barely and are far away from their most popular days. Tony needs to fix it and fix it fast but considering how he acts he won't fix it if anything it's gonna get worse
Nobody wants to watch spot fest edgy cringe wrestling
Ratings are in: it got 819,000 viewers.
Was this the match edge was gassed at the end?
I just watched a Rhodes challenge a Samoan man named Joe for a World title!…. TWICE!
