@@spazalicious yeah I agree if you want extra flavor, but you don’t need a binder when you’re making burgers if you mash the patties correctly. Burgers pretty much cook themselves.

Just had to comment because the comment section is annoying me… you can ABSOLUTELY put egg in burger patties. It acts as a binding agent to hold the patties together. That being said, you have to work it into the meat with your hands. You can’t just dump an egg on the beef and leave it there lol. Also a little salt and pepper would do wonders to the mix. Everything else Nick and Emily did was a crime against cows.
