those are the thickest, girthiest schnitzel ive ever seen, what makes schnitzel "schnitzel" is its crust to meat ratio, these were WAY too thick, definitely needed to be beaten more
Those arent schnitzel cuts those were pork chops they beat the shit out of. Being a butcher watching this stream was hard to watch. And Wienerschitzel is also veal not pork.
@@SecrethLab i mean everything you said is absolutely correct, but i specifically didnt say WIENER schnitzel because i know you can only call it wienter-schnitzel if its veal, otherwise you have to call it "wiener-art" (hilarious in english tbh) or viennese style in english, at least thats what we call it here in germany.. also im aware it wasnt the right cut for schnitzel but even then they couldve hammered it for longer to tenderize it a bit more :'(
