Lawyers for former President Donald Trump will be in court in Atlanta on Thursday morning arguing his charges in the Georgia 2020 election RICO case should be dismissed on First Amendment grounds.

There must be a direct act to conduct oneself with others in a pre organized activity to cause a crime that is carried out by the one who is accused of causing the crime. The state in reality does not make its case on the merits of what it is proposing. Even if the act was established to be not legal by Trump but a collective acts of political discourse relative to the moment and situation he cannot be found guilty of a crime to a level of RICO. He can be found by Congress to be outrageous in his behaviour but ultimately the voter would judge after evaluation of the entire situtation and if the voter disagreed with Trump's approach they could vote him out or work to prevent his further ability to run as President of the US.

What I don’t understand in this whole fiasco is how close to 700,000$$ of GA Tax payer money was spent to Wade, with no criminal law experience (research it- and google is not a source at university campuses so use reputable sources); look back on his own website law page and what court he sat on as a judge(my understanding was traffic court). The biggest issue I don’t understand is why there is only Fani to approve such hourly salary of 250$ an hour of payments to Wade, while the rest of the DA office attorneys with criminal law experience on this case get paid around 150$ hr and make a little above 150,000$- guess it’s normal to show your boyfriend favors if you the boss tho💃🏽

All speech is not protected that's why there's defamation cases, hate crimes include speech at some point, terrorism also use speech to identify it. So why is this different?
Well you can yell fire if you truly thought there was a fire, there’s really no crime in that. Also, defamation has to have a few elements to make it punishable and not all defamation falls under that category or we’d all be in jail come election time. And as far as making a terrorist statement?…Yes…you can go to jail for that but that’s not what we’re talking about here is it? Yelling out to someone to go get water because you thought there was a fire, then a person got pummeled by a person going to get a pail of water, is that something you should go to jail for? What if you thought it was a fire because you saw smoke, but you figured if you ignored it, people could get hurt, then what?
