Personally the brno is worth because it's fitted on another caliber from standard lmgs which means you don't actually lose ammo of the main 2 calibers. 8.6 mm is also massively prominent on rifles, which means it's generally very well fed at a low cost. A miniscule mag size of 30 is its biggest downside, so it's main use is as an economy option in short fights to avoid spending rarer ammo

i never rly touched any of the uniques. I think the grenade launcher uniques arent bad.

There is a whole run on my live tab where I beat the game on DOM without dying on a psiless build in 1 session lol, no reloading or deaths allowed.
