Vertis North a rising development in Quezon City a joint project of Ayala land and national housing authority.. high rice residential buildings office tower shopping malls and a five star hotel and casino is now built in this area.
The new and modern Phil-Am QC busway station is it's very modern with three elevators and a new footbridge.

Maraming salamat ulit sa iyong update, Mr Neonflix. Hindi ko alam kung bakit yung Avida Sola and Vita condo towers may pangalan sa side ng mga buildings, pero yung mga Alveo High Park towers 1 and 2 wala. Before the end of this year, turn over na sa mga property owners ang mga units sa Alveo Orean Place tower 1. Late next year naman ang Orean Place tower 2 turnover. Malapit na ang ground breaking para sa 5th tower ng Alveo kaya most likely mababawasan ulit ang mga illegal settlers dahil sa gawi doon itatayo yung ika-5th tower. Finally, magtatayo na ng two office towers sa harap ng Ayala Malls, doon sa malawak na bakanteng lupain. Hindi malayo mag doble ang foot traffic sa malls once open na yan... Sana matuloy yung DDT Tower
Siguradong libong trabaho ang na create NG business district na Yan. Saludo ako sa mga negosyanteng pilipino, Phil chi man Yan o Phil Spanish basta makaka pag create NG libong trabaho.

@jeddee3820 Hindi intsik ang mga Ayala mga Spanish yung lahi nila nagmula pa yung ninuno nila noon sinakop tayo ng espanya. Pero i admit na karamiha sa atin mga pinoy ay mahihirap lang.
Mag create pa Sana ang gobyerno NG maraming subway lines Para iiwas na mag kotse ang mga Tao.
