I still remember when John Danaher was making Joe Rogan think when John was the guest. Dude, it was awesome!!
"you must be a 10th planet black belt joe" 😂😂😂

I liked the video before watching it ! Whooyaa !
osss! 🤙🏽
I broke my collarbone in 2 places to this sweep 3 week's ago in a nogi match. dude really pulled me down hard. I honestly don't know how to even roll through this without slamming your head or in my case shoulder into the matt. anyone else have this problem or or a solution?
I read the comments for this exact reason. That was one of the main things I saw. Glad you posted this
is there a way to perform this move without gi?
No
João Gabriel thx a bunch Buddy ;)
So dB you’re saying you can’t do a butterfly guard sweep no gi
@@db2360 so butterfly sweeps arent a thing? @delasVC you can totally do this in no gi, its just modified. Instead of a belt grab you are going to do an underhook. to remove the post you can do wrist control or just press elbow into their gut
What's the distinction between the hook sweep and hiza guruma? Is it just a difference in grips?
Hiza guruma is the knee block, sumi gaeshi is hook sweep
@@badlanddub they can be combined as from full guard
@@badlanddub hiza garuma usually refers to the standing throw also.
Why is he an NPC
