Hey guys I love your videos! The mass airflow sensor video nearly answered my problem. I was scanned and it showed mass airflow w/ related camshaft position sensor. I replaced both. Now the problem , when idling at stoplight my Mazda5 surges from steady 750 rpm to 1300 and back. Are there two mass airflow sensors on this model? Regards, Dave Moored
I've got a mazda3 2.3. code P2187, MAF value is 0.0 to 0.1. voltage output is 1.2 at idle, max 2.0 when revved. Obviously the MAF is not functioning. But I don't have the MAF code. P0101 I believe. Just sharing my experience in case it helps anyone else. If I remember I'll update to make sure code didn't return.
Can you please tell me which color wire is the signal wire I habe being searching the Internet for 2 days now to fine the signal wire I can't fine data it I want to change the mass but the new one color is different but the same sensor for it I wire it up but nothing my technician can't fine the data for Mazda sensor cause the wiring color difference the black one the new one is at the end and black on the old in the middle now yellow on the old one just mix colors blue and white and purple and white gray and brown new one has yellow blue black orange pink

I have a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 and have a P0096 code. Would this help that code?

Very poor explanation. This will lead to people changing the sensor when they don't need to.
