- Check out RAINBOW perform the brilliant SPOTLIGHT KID as they kick off their 1982 ' Straight between The Eyes' tour in Texas USA.
This performance features Joe Lynn Turner on vocals, and Ritchie Blackmore on guitar!
Mesmerizing to watch Blackmore play 🎸🤘💖
Whenever I play Rainbow that's it I continue playing music all day. It's like a coffee ☕ first thing in the morning 🤣
keep on ROCKIN!!!!!!!
@@louiesalinas4720 Difficult To Cure 🤣
Plan on covering difficult to cure soon. ua-cam.com/video/TaRnTdu59I0/v-deo.html highway star solo if interested
I also need my rainbow fix.
I love the JLT era of Rainbow. Classy melodic hard rock/AOR which was still heavy and progressive at times.
I saw this lineup in Philly in 1982 (Scorpions and Riot opened!) and it was fantastic.
Blackmore is a god.
Keyboardist Dave Rosenthal and drummer Chuck Burgi (who joined after this tour replacing Bobby Rondinelli, who later played with BOC and Sabbath) have been in Billy Joel’s band for tons of years
Killer band the drummer is a beast
Bob Rondinelli
@@DavidGarrick1515 Wow I thought it was Cozy Powell. Thanks
He was almost in KISS
Solch guten Gruppen gibt es heute gar nicht mehr. PF,DP,R.sind immer wieder ein Genuss für die Ohren 😊
Énorme un guitariste de grande classe et reste toujours une référence
Great Band 🌈
Even though they had so many line up changes, their music never failed. I grew up with Deep Purple and of course Rainbow 🌈 Such a great period to hold. So glad to have been part of that era. Buying the vinyls or cassettes as it was back then. I treasure them 🌈
@@greywebs1944 same!💜🌈
When I was a student, I liked this song and used to play it often. really nostalgic. Great song!!
Rainbow are just topper
Rainbow ROCKS! Real ROCKS! Real 80s sound. And i like also a this SPECIAL sytnh effect i can hear at some moments. I like Synthesizers for the last time. It is a new thing for me. And music, guitar and vocal rocks. Some moments it is as overdrived as Motorhead 80s. I think.Classic 80s music. Era with a REAL music! Listen music, man!
du grand Rainbow. merci
WOW, what a solo! I'm astonished
Live between the eyes it's cool
haha, yep. I saw this tour. Once I saw those eyes on stage, it came back instantly.
Ritchie is just better than the rest
RIGHT!! A BIT STRANGE
This is the tour I seen them.... At the Stanley Theater in Pittsburgh, PA.
A favorite song from them❤
I fucking love JLT! Oh, did I say that out loud? Lol😂 The soundtrack of my life.
Such a espetacular music
Underrated song, one of my favorite's of the Turner era. Of course, I'll take anything with Dio over anything with Turner, but still. God Ritchie's awesome. Still the best.
❤❤❤
El mejor guitarrista te he escuchado🎉🎉
LIKE BLACKMORES BACH SOLO!!!!
imagine if Dio was singing though! 💥
👍👍👍🎹🥁🎸🔥👏👏👏🤘
Back for more with blackmore

4 Purple guys
In retrospect, going back to Deep Purple was a really bad idea, since its singer could not really sing anymore.
Huh? Perfect Strangers rocked! Every song good and even though Ian is difficult at times, always rocks the vocals!
@@cryptoking7093 Album was good but Ian couldn't sing in concerts very well. He destroyed his voice while with Black Sabbath (and Deep Purple before that).
@@bolinfan1519 maybe you saw a concert when he was fatigued. We singers have it tough, everybody expects perfection every show and nothing in the known universe is perfect. Seems an unrealistic standard. I've heard Dio struggle once in awhile and he kept his voice strong throughout.
Ian was badass with Sabbath.
Шедеврально!👍🇷🇺
