How to remove those annoying blue borders from Photoshop

- In Photoshop's latest update, blue borders or blue lines started appearing around every single layer as your hover over them. They can get in the way, so here's how to remove them.
Just press the little cog in your toolbar and uncheck ‘Show layer bounds on hover’. 👍

This partially solves the issue. I use the move tool to expand images, so I require the small white boxes to hold and drag to transform the image. Is there a way to keep the boxes but remove the blue lines? This method removes both completely.
