Omg! I had someone haggle with me and it was so annoying. I will keep stuff before I lose or don’t make any money. People don’t realize that couponing takes work and we don’t get everything for free. Not to mention the work that goes into a sale. Great sale Kayla!
The first customers who haggle are usually resellers, especially for bikes. Good job standing your ground! And congrats on a great sale! It’s (almost) motivating me to endure the heat to have one myself. 😂
Kayla, You do such a great job organizing and advertising your stockpile sales. I think that's one of the keys to having a successful yard/stockpile sale. I don't haggle on the price. I let people know they're getting a great deal and that's my rock bottom price. One year my sister brought some of her baby clothes and a pair of brand new baby nike's still in the box for me to sell. It got busy at one point and after everyone had left I noticed that the shoes were gone but I knew I hadn't sold them. Grrrrr!! I reimbursed my sister for the cost. I shoud have put them in a safer place.
How fun. So glad it went well. Cleaning out and getting my garage sale ready this weekend. Im actually also venturing out of stock Pile sales as i have started another side hustle thats been going great for me. I will always coupon for my family but just not as hard. We will have about 4 more and had 1 already, i usually make a good amount by the end of the yr and pay bills.
That is so awesome! It is great that you have a side hustle like that… It can really help with bills and providing things for your family that you need or want too!
I literally had to rewind the video to make sure I heard you correctly he wanted a $20 bike for $5 in what world really and then he wanted $4 off you're already getting a discount if he go to store and purchase those same items trust me he will spend more than $24 I'm so glad you stood your ground love the stockpile sale you did awesome.
I usually haul everything to the local flea market, but due to medical reasons, I have been unable this year. I might just try bringing them to me. I have SO much overstock to get rid of. I hate when people haggle because it's already dirt cheap...geez people! Great job!
Way to hold your own Kayla with the low ballers! I price mine higher than yours because California taxes are crazy high! I don't budge on my prices because they're so cheap already! Sometimes, I feel like telling them I didn't steal the items I bought them with money, time, and effort🤣🤣🤣
I need to step up my game with couponing! I feel like I manage pretty well between work, but I typically only pickup things I need unless it’s a money maker. I end up usually under $5 or a money maker haul. This would be so fun to try out. Do you ever do food items at your yard sales? I have so much that we probably aren’t going to eat before it expires. I usually donate it.
That first customer would’ve pissed me off. I wouldn’t have took the dollar off for him. Couponing isn’t easy and people just want things for free. You were very patient with him.
I would've just missed his business that day, especially being the first customer. I would've had all day to sell to people who appreciate my prices, and I'm sure it would've sold.
I also had male home improvement workers stop by my yardsale on their lunch break! They didn't speak English and were so excited for my sale. I agree, you need to stay firm with your prices because you are already giving a deep discount! One time I gave a discount to a father who bought a whole box of razors from me at the end of the day. It's really how they ask and what my bottom line to break even would be.
Consider yourself lucky you have a garage, not everybody does!!!! I live on second floor so not only do I have to lug everything outside I also have to carry it all down the 21 steps and back up the 21 steps.
😲 WOW! AWESOME JOB!!! I HAD A STOCKPILE SALE IN MY YARD IN MAY 2024. I MADE $8 LOL! 🤣 ALL I COULD DO WAS LAUGH AFTER ALL THE SWEAT & HARD WORK IT TOOK TO LOAD EVERYTHING & SET IT UP. I LIVE OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, THAT PROBABLY HAS ALLOT TO DO WITH IT THO. SO GLAD YOU HAD GREAT SUCCESS. I HOPE CHLOE ENJOYS HER PRESENTS & BIRTHDAY. THANKS FOR SHARING...
I really want to have a sale but it's too hot so I'm waiting until sometime in August. It's been in the high 90's-100. I'm hoping the monsoons hit to cool it down here in Albuquerque. Im so excited after watching your sale! Thanks Kayla!
Hi Kayla, I have a stockpile sale in the spring.. It's hard because I live I n the country and I usually drag all the stuff to a friend's house who lives in town.. She let's me borrow her garage..lol.. But also in October I participate in a festival called Covered Bridge. It's last 10 days and it's like flea markets and yard sales in several different counties. It's huge and people come from all over the US.. Thats when I make the most money.
That's amazing! I've been wanting to do one but wasn't sure if I really had enough to get one together. You've inspired me tyfs! Love your videos and you have a beautiful family ❤
Great video. I'm hooked on reselling. Sometimes I sell at flea market but a few weeks ago my husband had a heart and I can't go to flea market. I think I will have a yardsale
Hun put your cubes in bed you put your creamer and milk may make it easier. I use the same instant coffee and instead of water I use my frother with creamer to help it dissolve it’s awesome. That helps
I had my once a year stockpile sale and with my insurance check for 2600 was able to get myself a "new" car, FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY ive been without a car for almost 3 months
I love watching all these stock pile sales ❤ do you ever sell on fb marketplace or OfferUp? I feel like garage sales takes too much time. I just sell mine on fb marketplace and ppl pick up when I’m free. My stock stays super small and stuff goes so quickly ❤ Glad you had a successful sale ❤
I had a sale a few weeks ago and unfortunately it didn’t go great and I probably wouldn’t do it again 😭 this was my first time doing it in this house. Before I moved I would do them with my mom and we would get a huge turnout, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t as popular in this area. I also feel like couponing has been a little slow, so I just sold most of my stockpile on marketplace and my FB group, so it may take a little break while it picks back up and maybe I’ll try a sale again in the fall! I did Friday afternoon and Saturday and only made combined like $175.
Where do u keep all your couponing items at? I heard u say storage buildings so I was curious... my hubby wants to get me 2 10×10 outdoor storage sheds for all my couponing stuff and put windows A/C's in them to keep me safe from the FL sun/heat by me
I need to do a stockpile sale also...I literally have 10+ 5 tiered shelving units full and so much more (not even including paper products lol)... do u have a price list/cheat sheet for pricing?
After they asked the second time, I would ask them if they wanted to buy it or if they would like me to put it back. Because I’m not gonna keep repeating myself.
I am glad your second stockpile sale was so successful. You could buy your daughter Sabrina Carpenter concert tickets for her birthday with the $ you made from stockpile sale. 😊
The times i’ve put my stockpile stuff out i’ve had so many people do that. I’ll tell them how much and then they try to lower it down. Like the stuff is already so discounted! What the heck 😂 I had someone try and buy my tide for $2 each. I said absolutely not. lol
I feel your pain. Had my first ever sale to clean out my mom's house. Some people really wanted everything for free. Dude it's already 1.00 don't be so greedy. Ha
Thankfully, even though it was hot outside, none of the items felt very hot, but as it got close to the time for the sale to end, I felt like the sun was beaming down on my table that had the make up so I wanted to put it up before it could melt anything 😳
People think we get everything for free and it takes work for us we take the time to look for the promotions and we invest on gas and it’s a lot of work
Hagglers are so annoying! Not only are you saving them money but where is your time and gas? Really? I had a sale in May and most people never budged on my prices because they understood the value of what they were getting.
Gosh! Be so careful and keep your receipts from your original purchases! You don’t want anyone to think you’ve ripped off store(s) to get all brand new products and are now selling them. You know how people can be sometimes… 😢
I sell WAYYYYYY MORE WOMENS products then I do men's. I don't have a ton of make shoppers & ones I do like to buy laundry /hand soap etc never men's stuff specifically

Hey Kayla! Wow the coffee I need to try. I had a stockpile sale beginning of June and made 500.00
I have to try that coffee too
Such a neat idea using that tent to stay out of the sun! Great stockpile sale too!
Thank you!!!!
Kayla, You do such a great job organizing and advertising your stockpile sales. I think that's one of the keys to having a successful yard/stockpile sale.

I had my first real stockpile sale a couple weeks ago and made $450.50! Pretty sure that my husband was shocked that I sold so much :)
That’s so awesome! It’s funny because you’ll be excited about how much you make each time you have a sale like omg! 😆
Great video thank you for sharing, I love stockpile sale videos and tours 🙃

The yard sale fit! Love it!

I haven't been able to have a garage sale this year either due to medical reasons. Hope you feel better soon.

Right?! Like this is a deal….a huge deal…you’re not getting it any less.. 😅🤣 wild lol
I love that you get the kids involved and let them sell, what a great way to teach them. 😊

Thanks for taking us on your Saturday sale journey.
Awesome sale!! We did one in March with our neighborhood and made $1200.00! You have motivated me to do another one soon!
Great job Kayla! Glad you were able to make some money in these hard times. People really like to test your patience.. Glad you stood on business 😅..
I love your stockpile yard sale videos!! Thank you for sharing!!
I love stockpile sales! I always get an idea from you for when I do mine!
Aww thank you! I’m glad it helps! 🥰
That’s awesome that you’ve been able to coupon and make money off of the deals you got! If we ever move close by I will be stopping by! 😊
Great job Kayla, it’s going to be a great birthday party!

Loving your hair!
Thank you!
Your son is so adorable. He's going to have his own channel one day. You're an inspiration to me. Thank you for all of your hard work 😊 .
Great video. Good job on the sale 👏 I will try the coffee Have an awesome day
Thank you for sharing the iced coffee recipe! I will give it a try!
I have everything set up in my garage , makes it a lot easier. Don’t have to lug everything out every time I wanna have a sale
Consider yourself lucky you have a garage, not everybody does!!!! I live on second floor so not only do I have to lug everything outside I also have to carry it all down the 21 steps and back up the 21 steps.

Great job, Kayla!
It was so nice to see you like this.

Happy birthday 🎂 🥳 sweety to you daughter 😘
Great sale! That's awesome!
Awesome 😎
Thank you for sharing!
Congrats on your stockpile sale ❤😊

Awesome job!!!
I’m having my first sale this Saturday! Wish me luck 😊
I hope it goes amazing! 🤩
Great sale 😊
I use a Keurig just for the hot water, and buy cappuccino mix at wm for under $5 I use 3 tsp of it mix & done
Hun put your cubes in bed you put your creamer and milk may make it easier. I use the same instant coffee and instead of water I use my frother with creamer to help it dissolve it’s awesome. That helps
where did you get in peg board in your stockpile room? Great video!!
Many people in my area of Florida won’t do yard sales anymore because people take things and drive off without paying. Nice you still can.
Love these videos I need get my act together and do one ❤❤❤❤ You rock this Kayla
What was the price for the Tena? What's the difference in the razors?
I had my once a year stockpile sale and with my insurance check for 2600 was able to get myself a "new" car, FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY ive been without a car for almost 3 months
Love your stockpile salesss
What brand are the bags/totes you had your stuff in on the wagon? So cute
Hii 😊
Great! Idea
Thank you for sharing 😊❤
Where I live there is no traffic so I donate everything I get couponing, also give to my relatives. I wish I could sell my stuff.
We have the same brand coffee 😊
I love watching all these stock pile sales ❤ do you ever sell on fb marketplace or OfferUp? I feel like garage sales takes too much time. I just sell mine on fb marketplace and ppl pick up when I’m free. My stock stays super small and stuff goes so quickly ❤

You should consider doing two day sales!
How much should I sell the smaller jugs of the yellow Tide simply dert for and boxes of hair dye?
Hello, where do you place your ads?
Where do u keep all your couponing items at? I heard u say storage buildings so I was curious... my hubby wants to get me 2 10×10 outdoor storage sheds for all my couponing stuff and put windows A/C's in them to keep me safe from the FL sun/heat by me
What a nice video 🥰
How much do you sell your large tides and gain for?
I need to do a stockpile sale also...I literally have 10+ 5 tiered shelving units full and so much more (not even including paper products lol)... do u have a price list/cheat sheet for pricing?
Doing my first sale this weekend so perfect timing. Needdddd that tent. Do you have a link?
Right?! Let me see if I can grab the link!
I wanna do that but I live in an apartment
Hi! When you advertise, do you call it a Stockpile sale or just a yard sale, tag sale? I'm not sure how to advertise, I'm doing my first ever tomo!!!
You need a frother for your coffee.☺️
very nice!!!!
omg girl that's so much creamer! i usually add 1-2 tsps/cup LOL!!!
😅🤣 I was wondering if I was adding too much it tasted good though lol!
Did anyone move your signs at this sale?
Great sale
Hey what state are you in?
The times i’ve put my stockpile stuff out i’ve had so many people do that. I’ll tell them how much and then they try to lower it down. Like the stuff is already so discounted! What the heck 😂 I had someone try and buy my tide for $2 each. I said absolutely not. lol
We did 1 last month
Made 250.00. Hope to do 1 next month.
That’s awesome! Nice way to make some extra money!
I can't quite figure out your accent. Are you from Kentucky or Tennessee or some place like that?
Wow 👏
I feel your pain. Had my first ever sale to clean out my mom's house. Some people really wanted everything for free. Dude it's already 1.00 don't be so greedy. Ha
I would worry about my stuff getting old faster sitting out in the sun all day.
Thankfully, even though it was hot outside, none of the items felt very hot, but as it got close to the time for the sale to end, I felt like the sun was beaming down on my table that had the make up so I wanted to put it up before it could melt anything 😳
I think this sale was better. Hope the neighbor didn’t take down your sign 😊
Thank you! Only 1 of 3 signs was stolen this time 😅😅
👍
People think we get everything for free and it takes work for us we take the time to look for the promotions and we invest on gas and it’s a lot of work
I have actually told someone to leave.
I wouldn’t price make for.50 cents, even when I get for free. I would lose on sales tax.
Thats all creamer & no coffee lol
Why don’t you stand up your items like the shampoo cuz it’s more room for you to put more items on the table
That first customer is always the worst!
Men are my best buyers cuz they make the money. They dont bargain. Women want items cheaper. So, i buy mostly men products.
That's what I do at the flea market I set up at. Men are the buyers.
I sell WAYYYYYY MORE WOMENS products then I do men's. I don't have a ton of make shoppers & ones I do like to buy laundry /hand soap etc never men's stuff specifically
Great sale.
