The whole trio of heat, sun and dryness… 😬🥵😩 It’s punishment for me and I genuinely don’t understand those who love it - or who want to be out in it. What the sun does for me is similar to what cold, “gloomy” weather does for others. The rain is my sunshine 🌧️🥰, whereas the sun and heat literally makes me nauseous, headachy, sleepy, cranky and depressed. So, yeah, not everyone’s constitution is the same. (this is why you guys are in Florida and I’m in the PNW. 😊 rain is a life force as well! 💧)

A flower tip-before putting them in water, cut off about 1/4 inch of the stem so that they can absorb the water better and last a bit longer.

what would you recommend eating/drinking during a tennis match? Everyone I play with drinks gatorade and eats chocolate! I find after 30-45 minutes my tank is empty.
Bananas, oranges, dates, and get some sun warrior liquid light to add to your water for electrolytes. Throw some of our homemade waffles or muffins in your bag for more sustenance
Where do you get your dates? I usually get mine from 7 Hot dates but they are out for the season.

Thnk u for the tips. I've been unemployed or underemployed for over a decade so i am always looking for inexpensive or free health hacks. The best thing for me has been to work on eliminating the bad stuff. I also started adding iodine to my daily routine (something we're almost all deficient in and the biggest bang for our buck). It's an every day battle but my health has improved dramatically.
