From what I've seen only one trapeze is race legal. However since I'm not racing and don't plan on racing national or above races with strict regulations I'm running twin trapeze wires. I've been double trapezing my Dart before. Mind you that when reaching you really need to shift your weight towards the back to keep the bow from dipping in too deep. I guess this is easier with the helm not trapezing and the crew right behind him. I'm not running a class legal rig anyway. It's a Forward Sailing rig with square top main.
