John Piper clearly understands the biblical model for church leadership. It's sad that so many churches elevate the minister above the overseers. Piper even calls the elders "pastors" in this video, so I'm confused as to why ministers are called pastors?
Oh how beautiful was the life of the early church back then. I hope that we as a Christian can live like those people.

Yes
In a modern sense yes; but traditionally it’s elders or overseers, not just one man but a group of men acting as an overseers or elders
