Very informative. I could see clients thinking “sure it’s taking an extra day” as that’s a trust issue ultimately. You could just say it took an extra day and charge for it every time. Ethically it’s wrong. Comes down to trust.
Totally! Although the reception from our clients has mainly been positive as we give them updates so they can see it coming 😊
