I feel with you! Not being able to sleep is one key indicator of a burnout. I have been down that dark path myself and have been left with a constant ringing / whistling noise in my ears. The intensity of this varies and is the 1st thing I wake up with and the last thing I go to bed with. It important to admit to yourself that there is an issue and I have huge respect for you making it public in this form. Look after yourself and best of luck for the Euros!

Higher gearbox: Stiffer suspension, more initial grip, worse in bumps, more responsive steering, more rear support. Lower gearboxes: Softer suspension, more overall grip, better in bumps, more forgiving steering, less rear support. Gearbox height affects the car on power and under braking.
