The bike does not sit in the cradle, it sits on the the cradle. It took me endless videos and research until I finally realised this is on purpose, you cant change the width of the cradle so that it is snug in. Also, while it is super helpful, this is video is misleading a bit in such regard.
Thank you! This is what I’ve been trying to figure out. Seems like a deficit in the design of a $350 bike stand. I guess I can use a bungee to hold the BB down when I need to do some more rigorous “repair.”
An additional BB cradle with a bit more offset so larger sized mountain bikes could be easily mounted would be super cool.
i wish you could show how this repair stand works with both wheels removed.
