@@imbsmit not really. Only some schools are able to recruit. I played texas hsfb and know a plethora of others that play and only a few schools recruit. Also, the recruiting here isnt like cali. The top socal schools are all private and you have to get accepted to go, so they handpick their players. Texas schools that do recruit can only recruit a few players as to not draw suspicion from the UIL. So most the talent is home grown and schools like Katy or Westlake both have homegrown teams that they start training in like 3rd grade. Stop your cap bro you dont have to make up stuff about football down here.
“Talent is better in California” all their top schools have to recruit all their players. Once I see a regular public school in the top 10 I’ll be impressed. Also, Cali has a million more people than texas so they’re obviously gonna have more talent.
