Ok. This is a wonderful history of video gaming! Please do MORE like this.... or whatever your heart desires... as that's probably how THIS video came about!!! Love it!!!!
Fenn, I think you've found your niche. This video is AWESOME!! The props, the whole presentation, amazing. Keep making these please. You are doing a wonderful job.
10/10 animation btw. Fun additional pac man fact (assuming it's true, I've not looked it up): The original pac-man was supposed to be a pizza with a slice missing, but computer graphics at the time couldn't handle that so they made him a yellow circle instead. Second fun fact: Because of modern graphics, a screenshot of Pac-man will now take more memory than the original pac-man game.
Yeah. That loophole with the stick of gum from the slot machine is similar to how Japanese pachinko parlors work. Gambline is illegal in Japan, but trading in that garbage you won at the pachinko parlor to the store across the street for some money is technically legal (the best kind of legal).
Love the video with the props and that cute art! Keep doing more of this, and with pictures too if possible, this is quite creative!🔥🔥 Also its quite funny how the greatest ideas in science have been inspired from mundane things, like Newton’s gravity from an Apple falling on his head, and the people who had dreams that would give them answers, like Frederick Kekule with the benzene ring structure and Ramanujam who had equations revealed in his dreams (in now famous “it was revealed to me in a dream” meme), and the very idea of a lightbulb being a good idea, it became the symbol of an idea!
Great video, I liked the addition of the hand drawn pictures. It showed you put a lot of effort into it. I have to admit that I didn't know that about Pac-man, it was such an unusual game when it came out and there were a lot of people lining up to feed it quarters.
good ol Pac-man history, fun times. great vid Fenn. while history of Pac-man may already been covered, your style in presenting said info is fun and cute
Loving the style, the paper cutouts are worth it, even if they might take longer (perhaps keep some to use as background?). The little history lessons are fun, and are a good break from modern reaction vids or weighty social issues. Hope your passion keeps you going, as it is easily shared with your audience!
If I may put in a request for a future video, could you talk about the locomotive known as the Flying Scotsman? It's got quite the history for something as innocuous as a train with many records and adventures over the engine's century of existence.
I get great ideas for videos very often. Here is an important thing to know if you get great ideas. Write it down! Have a journal or piece of paper where ever you go. Even by you bed side so you can write ✍️ it down immediately. Don't let great ideas disappear on you.
I'm trying something new this week and I hope you all like it! I've certainly never made a video like this before - but I'm learning!
this video is great!😊
Have you found the cherry in silent hill?
Also really good video, I didn’t know that connection existed!
I enjoy this style and video length. Nice props! lol

As someone who works with casinos and is making a game loosely inspired by Pac-Man, I find this video very enjoyable! 😸👍

And thus Pacman popped many a people's videogame cherry.
Very well put together. Nice narration. Informative but not dry. Great vid. Looking forward to more!

This is one of the wildest titles I've ever read!
