Then you complain when calls don't go your way even when you know its your fault instead of just walking away and doing better next time. When you're wrong you're still right. Teaching kids to be a society of complainers to defend their team just for the sake of them being team even if the teammate is doing something atrocious and should be called out by his own teammates. This is why young kids join gangs and think they're fighting for good cause and why we overthrow our leaders instead of make our society better
At 13 when Luka moved to Real Madrid he had to learn Spanish to be able to "communicate" on the court. Now in NBA he has to "communicate" in English.
