I didn't think you could stretch out an album review this long, but 3 hours just flew by; excellent and thorough, guys (and gal)! 👍 Never stumbled across this Zahler dude before, but his enthusiasm and love of extreme metal drumming in particular, really impressed me! Good job! 👌 That Nile album was a 9,5 out of 10 album for me personally, and a serious contender for AOTY, being only narrowly edged out by Crypt Sermon and the mighty Ulcerate... 😎
Watched this last night and started watching again today because the analysis was so good. Killer discussion. And I had no idea the guy who made Bone Tomahawk is such a big metalhead. His insight and dedication is awesome. And I'm a massive horror fan, but I don't think anything has grossed me out more than THAT scene in Bone.
Excellent breakdown for an excellent record. One of my favorites of the year. Its amazing that this far in their career, they can pretty much up the ante on new music. For me, they are unmatched in death metal today. \m/
I’ve been following this channel for about five years and have seen craig zahler a handful of times on here. Had no idea who he was til recently. I just saw Bone Tomahawk and also Brawl in Cell Block 99 within the last few months. Fucking amazing twisted movies. Thank you
it's brutal technical death metal but its a little bit more straightforward ! They dialed down the egyptian elements after annihilation of the wicked . I miss thoses epic atmosphere for Black seeds of vengeance and In their darkened shrines .

I had to play it again, just because locusts-to-the-face.
Nile never left but my god! The Egyptian gods blessed this one! What a true return to form!
