If OKC were smart, they’d let Melo handle the ball a bit more and involve him in more plays overall. He’s maintained a good net rating all season despite limited touches. Not nearly as bad on defense as people make him look to be.

Man, I’m a great fan of Westbrook, since when I started watching NBA in 2010 I matched with OKC and his playstyle, but is too clear that OKC plays much better when he doesn’t take 30, 35 shots in a game, he doesn’t need that. I hope that he can realize it as fast as possible
but it's also clear that he not taking that many shots mean that his teammates are making shots. If they aren't making shots then he has to take more. You get what I mean?

The Thunder need to do more adjustments before playoffs💯Westbrook need to make good decisions and need to trust his teammates and the coach needs to stop putting out players when they're hot as soon as they are hot he puts them on the bench. Billy just needs to shorten the rotations. They to many low parts of quarters when the starters take there rest. they can be up and when they come back there down. like tonight the bench went 6 minutes without scoring that can't happen. he just needs to shorten it to a 8 or 9 man rotation and have at least Westbrook and George or Anthony and Adams on the floor with the bench at all times. I would love to see Anthony play with the bench he would destroy teams 2nd team.

There playing styles don't add up. Russ is up Tempo, Melo slows down the game, and Pg can play both. But in the playoffs the game slows down regardless. Billy Donavan isn't a good *OFFENSIVE* coach. He relies on their defense to do their work for them, which is why the game is Close most of the time. They take a crapton of contested shots. Just because their offensively gifted doesn't mean it's required of them to make those shots. Look at the Warriors and Spurs where it doesn't matter who's on the floor, they get high quality good shots. At the end of the day tho, in the famous words of Lebron *Bron Bron voice* "We're top heavy as shit"

Rondo looked good going coast to coast. He's in better shape than he was earlier in the season it seems, the offense looks a lot smoother with J Holiday running the Off Guard. I wonder how much better they would be Right Now with Boogie Cousins.

Will the real OKC Thunder please stand up! Good victory but they are too inconsistent. They seem to play to the level of their competition. For instance they'll beat the Warriors, then turn around and lose to the Nuggets, etc.
The Pels is one of those teams you want to see with a title one day but they're in that spot in between "good" and "absolute garbage" so it's hard for them to get good players thus making their playoff chances slim.
i think for thunder to make it anywhere in the playoffs, westbrooke has to take less shots and give melo the ball more shots to get confidence going cause they need his scoring and he can go inside out..melo has be selective to if has it going ot not, but they need his scoring, he still is an very good scorer

OKC got so much potential defensively (excluding Melo) it's almost like they're just too cool on that end, & Russ is nice but I wish there was a great game from him where his stats don't necessarily show up on the board, just the simple things

The west is still fighting for that playoff spot while the east alrdy settled in. OKC is still not out of the clear yet. They have rockets and gsw next. It's definitely a challenge. I say i'm happy seeing the Thunder in the 4-7 spots. If Thunder do end up playing in a Curryless warriors, it would be a nice revenge match. It's going to be a nice playoff season. Can't wait. Nice seeing new faces in the west, like Timberwolves and Pelican. Hope I don't Jinx it.

Forget Lebron (still fantastic but alot of baggage and getting old), Demarcus or anyone else, Paul George is the juiciest free agent this summer. Any team that is short of one more 2-way superstar to contention has to be looking closely at him. Portland for example, should be doing w/e it takes to try and get him, although i'm not sure how they will do it with Evan Turner and etc hindering their cap.
