Being a female I want to add my own tips that are helpful! ☺
1. Don't talk yourself up, it's one thing to have confidence but being cocky is not attractive.
2. Don't try to buy her. Just do kind gestures.
3. Hold the door for her if given the chance, and for other people too, it shows you have respect.
4. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it. Negativity in any kind is not attractive.

1. Just be nice! Bullying other people in front of your crush doesn't make you "look cool", it just makes you look like a jerk. crush
2. Put some effort into your appearance. Don't just wear baggy shorts and an old t-shirt. This doesn't mean you have to wear a tux everywhere. Maybe just... Put on some pants, wearing shorts everyday makes you seem like you don't care. Obviously not all girls are like this, but for the most part, it's a wise choice to do this.

I like all of these except #5. I was 6”5 150 lbs skinny as a rail 2 years ago and girls always saw me as a friend. Now things are completely different as I’m 200 lbs and shredded. I catch women staring at the vascularity/musculature in my biceps and forearms all the time - same thing with dudes too. Saying that a set of twins where one man is shredded af and the other is skinny af wouldn’t yield different results is just ridiculous. Women gravitate towards muscular men because it is instinctual. You cannot deny mother nature’s laws. Being shredded as a guy will always get you further in life - and if a girl doesn’t like that, it’s because she’s insecure about herself.
