We have a 2024 LTD model which we mostly like. It is easy for us being older to enter & exit since it sits higher up. Very comfortable on long drives with supportive seats and a peppy engine. Our major disappointment is the infotainment screen which has way too many options and certainly is not safe to be driving when you are searching through multiple screens and tiles. It is VERY distracting and NOT user friendly at all. Our other complaint is the lack of a spare wheel which we see as a major problem if you have a blowout as the supplied compressor will be useless. We have already had a flat tire and a call to Hyundai's roadside was useless also as they will only take you to a dealer which in our case was in another state when all we needed was a tow to a tire shop two miles away. Luckily we have AAA as well who promptly dispatched a truck to pump up our tire.
