Edit:her ability is to bind somebody to the handcuffs once the bind has been activated they have to follow her directions but the more complicated and more orders she gives the bind becomes weaker it also has a time limit of 5 hours if she gives no orders and after it breaks the victim regains conscious but is weakened and tired because the handcuffs slowly suck away their energy (this is my on little idea on what the stand’s power would be hope you like it)
