My screw holes became loose,how to solve this issue?
I could be wrong but it sound like the screw holes have been cross threaded and not being able to grip the teeth on screw properly so thats why there's play/movement, im not sure if there is any proper fixes for that.

What I did was I put small amount of superglue which is enough for the screw hole to fill. While the glue is in "semi-dry" state,I put back the screw,not too tight,just enough to form thread in screw hole. And when the glue dried, I tighten back the screw. The screw hole is not loose anymore.

No you don’t have to. I already removed mine at least three times just to clean my watch properly.
That aftermarket bezel ain’t fits properly cause you not even able to put the screws back.
