If you had a small oops and accidentally chopped up a glider line, don't worry! A line or two is not so much to worry about!
You can order your replacement lines and change them yourself!
If you have damage to the risers or glider or more than a handful of lines, you may want to send the glider off for inspection and repair.

I would suggest an adjustable wrench over the pliers. Rough grip pliers can damage the barrel nut and make burrs on the mallion.
