'Power' implies the ability to affect outcomes significantly, but how would you measure that in this case? How would you evaluate the impact of her speech in comparison with a multitude of other factors, known and unknown? It's not as though she were competing individually in a weightlifting event. Have no fear, if a white man spoke in similar terms I would also call him 'aggressive'. One of Trump's problems, connected with his criminality as a matter of fact, is his extreme aggressiveness.
