Nis certainly knew this questioner was at an infantile stage but part of his grace was that he was so amiable and kind. "Freedom doesn't mean doing what you want or getting desires, true freedom is acceptance of whatever situation you are in, even "bad" ones, being miserable is a choice" Anubhavananda...Be in that stateless state of bliss which depends on nothing... you'll get there after being honest with yourself looking at your past... then some effort (which is not effort).. keep trying even a taste of it is amazing
This is actually the only time he allowed a desire-full person to ramble on in his discourses, yet it comes up early on youtube... shows the pitiful state of this generation. Have courage people... been there, it is a waste of time...

Excellent discourse. Only 1 suggestion - it would be useful if u used 2 diff voices to diff bet the seeker & NM coz when one is listening it gets confusing. But still v grateful for these valuable sessions.

Yes, but the only reason fear is a problem to you is because you deny it, you 'block' it. the thing that you object to about your feelings is the activity of 'blocking' that you employ in overcoming them. This is the fundamental reason for mindfulness of feelings.

@ImmortalTatewari unethical, immoral, unessasary.....absolutely no merit or true spirit. Unessasarily taking life especially for palate/sensory pleasures is demonic, Bloodthirsty and extremely apathetic. Meat is also a form of theft, as the flesh & life is stolen from a completely innocent voiceless defenseless individual. One can never, ever, ever escape this realm and get off the wheel of Samsara by killing and consuming innocence for any reason.
@ImmortalTatewari huemans are frugivores by design...so taking life for palate/sensory pleasure is absolutely demonic. There is no excuse for animal abuse ever! Also eating "meat" is a form of theft as the flesh and life are stolen from the innocent voiceless individuals. Wake up you have alot to learn about our divine design and spirituality
