Spitfire Paper Airplane

This is a Spitfire that I designed, based on the Super Marine Spitfire which was created during WWII to protect the British homeland, it featured the iconic Rolls Royce Merlin engine, which would later go on to be placed in the P-51 Mustang.

Thank you so much because model kits are way to expensive and I have to export them and paper is cheap, it takes time to make but came out beautiful.

We made about 25 of these for my Dad's 85 Birthday party. He loves warplanes and we called the party time flies. We strung the planes across the ceiling and folks wrote their Birthdya messages to my dad on them. This is an awesome tutorial. Taking your time and doing it right is the key. Wish i could post a picture.

So, i made a second one and has the c.o.m. better balanced, but i still have to put something light infront of it. An rc engine would be perfect. I can't wait to see the rc paper plane spitfire

I made it, though the problem is that the last bit (putting the 3 parts together) is very tedious, and the fuselage could just slip off from the top (unless glue, which i dont have on me) and the wings are too dangly, for these reasons i dont want to risk throwing it
But still its cool

So, the plane can fly but the center of mass for me, ( i am using a4) is not very good. My tail is too hard so the plane crashes, but if i put something hard enough infront, it can fly. I did it with xerox paper but now i am using good paper. It should be beter.i will tell you after a few hours.
