作曲家・ピアニスト。　Nujabesの「reflection eternal」に「I miss You」がサンプリングされることによって、世界的に知られることとなったピアニスト。
NHKスペシャル「絶滅から救えるか　伝説のアムールヒョウ～ロシア沿海地方の森～」の音楽制作や映画「私の叙情的な時代」（任書剣監督作品）の音楽制作も担当。
ぴあフィルムフェスティバルで技術賞（IMAGICA賞） 企画賞（TBS賞）ダブル受賞。
これまで「the color of water」「pure song」「萌し」「birth」「forest」等多数オリジナルアルバムを発表。
その楽曲はどこか懐かしささえ感じさせるような普遍的な味わいがあり、いずれも深く暖かいやすらぎの世界へ導く作品としてテレビ、劇中曲、CM、等でも高い評価を得ている。
ライブも国内はもとより、ソウル・ジョグジャカルタ・ウランバートル・ロンドンなどでも開催。
