Very interesting to see how a grain bin is built ! Enjoyed it and especially the beautiful music which had me thumping my foot and humming that tune all day

That was just way to cool to see it grow up from the foundation. Great job. It's fun to see stuff like this. Thank you for sharing.

We are a couple of days from finishing a new bin very similar to this one. Some techniques have been slightly different but the end result is very much the same. It’s been quite interesting, a lot of pieces and parts you can’t imagine

I built three 42' Brock bins on my farm a few years ago. I picked up the parts in Indiana I think on my truck. The bins went together without a fault, with out any parts missing, and with just a few bolts left over. A very good experience with Brock.

Yowwserr Now this is a grain bin! When the video 1st started with the footings and the concrete I had to kind of wonder how this foundation was
going to work. But this is a foundation system I have not witnessed before. Looks interesting. Thanks 🤔

What is used to raise the metal fabrication up, as more sections are added? This was impressive.

I've owned a concrete foundations company for 30 years building grain bin foundations and this is a prime example of why most legit contractors that have (workmans comp, safety program, health benefits and vacation) cannot compete with outfits like this, No hard hats ,safety glasses, no handrail on the scaffold around the tank hell got guys working in shorts and tank tops. Not taking anything away from the guys because they probably do good work. Just the outfit they work for is cutting a lot of corners. You can get away with is I guess if you only work on the farms and small town elevators. You would not get by with this working for Cargil or ADM or any of the big grain companies. I'm glade now that we built our last bin foundation last month 6 -105's and 1- 155'. I guess we may do the larger diameter bin foundations because we specialize in tall walls 10' and over.

Nice work but please use rebar caps

0:10 safety is the number one priority. Should have rebar end protectors on the rebar sticking up. I thought that guy was going to go down on the rod.

The owner of this company sure doesn't care about safety from rebar caps, proper scaffold planks, guardrails, mid and toe, tie offs, etc..

The tunnel under the center of it will have a conveyor that brings the grain out
