Your video is so helpful. Thank you. I'm an educator, and I can honestly say your method of explanation is also fantastic -- clear, precise and not too slow and not too fast. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this video! I am also a beginner, and this was the first video I found that I could actually follow. Thank you for explaining exactly what you were doing and how you were doing it.
Thank you so much for making this video. It wasn't what I was looking for (Resize Track 1 and overlay it over Track 2), but with your video's instructions I was able to figure it out. Thank you so much!!! Really appreciate it.!
VideoPad really should add the OK or Apply button to all these options, as well as some "in process" indicator. Otherwise it's very, very confusing how it works, though it's really a very powerful tool
Looking for a way to just crop the final dimensions of my video from 16:9 down to 4:3 and I don't care what gets lost on the far left & right. How can I make that happen?
Techi, Nice video. However the Scale option for me is grayed out and says (Unavailable). Same with Crop. Rotate, Motion, Zoom, Shake and Pan. However, I know how to do Crop and Rotate by other means. Have you come across this? It is not allowing me to Scale no matter how I view my video, even after cropping my videoit does not give me the option. Do you know of another method to get to the Scale option? Thanks
Click on Home, then click on Options. A new window will open, check on the box next to "show dual previews". Click ok.You will get two the two windows.Let me know if this helps.
In this video I choose to zoom in a feature that is on the top right of the video. If I zoom in directly, it will only zoom to the center of the video and I may have just a part of the feature that I want to enlarge.
I followed all the steps, I'm not doing sections I'm doing entire video (cropped). Looks great in preview, but when I download what I think is going to be cropped comes out the original video no cropping in site?
Before exporting, you need to wait until your cropping (or whatever) is applied to the entire video, watching the color running to the right slightly above the timeline (I needed a whole day to figure it out)
Amazing video, it was the only one who could help me! Incredible easy to do and well explained. Thank you!

How do you then save the video so it renders properly? I use this process to crop a vertical video to horizontal, but it still saves as vertical.

hi mark. just go to 'crop' from 'video effects' and change the aspect ratio from 16:9 to 4:3. that should do the trick.
thanks, was perfect for editing video I had
You are welcome. I am glad you found it helpful.
This is too old. Mine is different now with the options. Can't find it.
I'd say poorly explained. It should have been reviewed by someone else

why don't you use Zoom directly?

@@TechiTube No, in my videopad version which is not the same as you the zoom can be set wherever you want
out d8 :(
It sure not easy following you , very unclear and too much I won't do that but I might do that. Terrible narrator
I nearly fell asleep watching this video. But I did learn a lot from it. maybe use a little bit more energy next time..
What a shitty thing to say. Let’s see your incredible, high energy video.
