Patches, in this game, killed millions of diseases off and healed people of cancer and dementia. He is, unintentionally, the hero of history.
In the minute 56:05 , you ask that what is that thing and I might have the answer... If you look at the body Patches' soul is, (Angel's body) you can see that there is an eyeball missing. And if you look to that thing in the jar you can see it has a big dot with a light green-ish colour, same as Angel's eye. So I think it's Angel's old eye in a jar in Patches' locker :3 What a Yandere by the way... :)
